Good job diagnosing this and explaining the process. Good rule of thumb for parasitic draws is to check anything aftermarket. Was not surprised at all to see something like that causing this.
GREAT JOB EXPLAINING, I AM HAVING PROBLEMS NOW WITH 2004 HUMMER H2 , WINDSHEILD WIPERS STAY ON, AND SOMETIMES, THE WINDOW WASHER FLUID MOTOR RUNS AND MAKES LOUD NOISES AND DOES NOT SPRAY FLUID ON WINDSHEILD, IT JUST MAKES VERY LOUD NOISE , THEN FINALLY STOPS, BUT SOMETHING IS KEEPING RED BATTERY LIGHT ON WHEN I SHUT ENGINE OFF, WE THOUGHT IT WAS IGNITION SWITCH SO WE CHANGED IT, STILL HAS PROBLEMS, THEN WE CHANGED INTERLOCK SHIFTER SOLENOID AND THE WIRING HARNESS HAD 1 GREEN WIRE UNHOOKED,, AND WE CANT MAKE IT STAY IN THERE, AND NOT SURE WHICH SPOT IT GOES IN, SO I AM ORDERING A NEW WIRED WIRING HARNESS AND TRY TO SPLICE NEW WIRES TOGETHER, IF ANYBODY SEE'S THIS AND HAS A CLUE AS TO WHAT I NEED TO DO TO FIX THIS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW,
Did you try to replace windshield wiper motor ? Motor and module are together module also controls washer pump when battery IND on with key off, try to disconnect alternator connector if IND off then replace the alternator 😭

Fixed mine, it was the dvd in headrest causing .045 drain
