- Thank you for tuning into my first skate tutorial video. This is the first video and we were so excited to get this going that we forgot to get the lave mic.... so sorry about the sound.
But in today's lesson, we are going to get those who are looking to get into skating but feel like they don't know how to get started.
So what are the basics? Skating forward, knowing how to fall and how to get up from a fall. These are the quickest ways to get you and skating so that you can start to show out just like me.
For all my skaters who are looking for something else, don't worry about it. I will be showing more advanced moves on my next video.

Roc, may I suggest that you break these videos into sub-groups...maybe season 1 and season 2. Also (or maybe instead of) you might want to rename the videos starting with "S#-E#: Title" Doing so will help viewers watch them in order.
Wait a minute here!? Did you say always fall forward? I been skating since I was 5 and I was taught to always fall backwards cause you got cushion on your booty lol. But I guess whatever works for you as long as u don't injure yourself.
IAMTiffany Monique lol well you are correct, whatever works for you as long as you don't injure yourself. it's much easier to see where you land falling forward than backwards but regardless, be safe out there
Falling backwards is more scary, u can crack ur head
