Obseseive thoughts are result of unawareness doubt and fear ,,,so 1st u be aware whether your thoughts are right or wrong 2ndyou clear your doubt and then when u got these thought say them it is a negative emotion and imaginery fear everytime when this thought came u will see after 4-5 days it will lower its frequency and after sometime it will end and u will be totally cured Brother believe me.

anxiety को दूर करने का सबसे सही रास्ता है जिन घटनाओ की वजह से ऐसा होता है उनमें से इमोशंस यानि की भावनाएं निकाल दो बोलो अपने मन से यह तो बहोत ही नार्मल है और बोरिंग है क्या होता है की subconsious mind यानि की अवचेतन दिमाग हमेशा भय में रहता है और जब उससे ऐसी घटनाओ की वजह से ट्रिगर मिलता है तो एंग्जायटी अटैक शुरू हो जाते है इसलिए सब से पहले अपने मन को समझाओ की सिमें कोई फीलिंग्स या इमोशंस नहीं है और यह बहोत ही बोरिंग है तो धीरे धीरे आपका दिमाग इससे बहार आना शुरू हो जाता है इसे बहोत ही यंत्रवत यानि की नार्मल घटना में गुम कर दो जैसे की खाना पीना नहाना धोना क्या इसके बारे में सोचते हो नहीं ना वैसे ही इसके बारे में भी सोचना छोड़ दो मन का जाल समझो एक विचार को रोकने जाओगे तो उसके जैसे दस और विचार खड़े हो जायेंगे दिमाग में ,ठीक वैसे ही जैस ेकोई कीचड में धंस गया हो और जितने हाथ पैर मारता है उतना ही अंदर उतर जाता है इसलिए दिमाग से लड़ने की या या उनको रोकने की गलती मत करो बस विचारो की दिशा बदल दो उसका फ्यूल यानि की उसका ईंधन ख़तम कर दो और उसका ईंधन तुम ही देते हो दूसरा विपक्ष में विचार देकर याद रखना arguement ही विचारो को और बढ़ावा देती है क्योंकि आदमी का दिमाग विद्रोही होता है स्वभाव से इसलिए आग मत दो बोलो यह बहोत ही बोरिंग और नार्मल घटना है ,बस फिर देखना धीरे धीरे िवहकार बंद हो जायेंगे क्योंकि अब उसमें से आप ईंधन निकाल चुके है और कभी भी किसी भी अच्छे या बुरे अनुभव को शब्दों में नहीं समझाया जाता ,जैसे की एक अच्छा अनुभव जैसे की गुलाब की सुगंध कोई महसूस कर सकता है पर समझा नहीं सकता ,समंदर की लेहरो को अनुभव कर सकते हो पर समझा नहीं सकते ठीक वैसे ही किसी बुरे अनुभव को भी शब्दों में समझने जाओगे तो स्ट्रेस ,एंग्जायटी या पैनिक अटैक ही आएंगे इसलिए शब्दों में समझाना छोड़ दो बस अनुभव कैसा भी हो अच्छा या बुरा महसूस करो बात ख़तम करो समझने समझाने में मत पड़ना वरना फिर फंसोगे दिमाग के विचारो के चक्रव्यूह में , इस प्रक्रिया को कॉग्निटिव बिहेवियर थेरेपी कहते है जो साइकोलोजिस्ट इस्तेमाल करते है पर पैसा तगड़ा चार्ज करते है ,आप फ्री में सीख लो ,और हाँ प्राणायाम और सांस को धीरे करने से ज़रूर फायदा होता है

anxiety को दूर करने का सबसे सही रास्ता है जिन घटनाओ की वजह से ऐसा होता है उनमें से इमोशंस यानि की भावनाएं निकाल दो बोलो अपने मन से यह तो बहोत ही नार्मल है और बोरिंग है क्या होता है की subconsious mind यानि की अवचेतन दिमाग हमेशा भय में रहता है और जब उससे ऐसी घटनाओ की वजह से ट्रिगर मिलता है तो एंग्जायटी अटैक शुरू हो जाते है इसलिए सब से पहले अपने मन को समझाओ की सिमें कोई फीलिंग्स या इमोशंस नहीं है और यह बहोत ही बोरिंग है तो धीरे धीरे आपका दिमाग इससे बहार आना शुरू हो जाता है इसे बहोत ही यंत्रवत यानि की नार्मल घटना में गुम कर दो जैसे की खाना पीना नहाना धोना क्या इसके बारे में सोचते हो नहीं ना वैसे ही इसके बारे में भी सोचना छोड़ दो मन का जाल समझो एक विचार को रोकने जाओगे तो उसके जैसे दस और विचार खड़े हो जायेंगे दिमाग में ,ठीक वैसे ही जैस ेकोई कीचड में धंस गया हो और जितने हाथ पैर मारता है उतना ही अंदर उतर जाता है इसलिए दिमाग से लड़ने की या या उनको रोकने की गलती मत करो बस विचारो की दिशा बदल दो उसका फ्यूल यानि की उसका ईंधन ख़तम कर दो और उसका ईंधन तुम ही देते हो दूसरा विपक्ष में विचार देकर याद रखना arguement ही विचारो को और बढ़ावा देती है क्योंकि आदमी का दिमाग विद्रोही होता है स्वभाव से इसलिए आग मत दो बोलो यह बहोत ही बोरिंग और नार्मल घटना है ,बस फिर देखना धीरे धीरे िवहकार बंद हो जायेंगे क्योंकि अब उसमें से आप ईंधन निकाल चुके है और कभी भी किसी भी अच्छे या बुरे अनुभव को शब्दों में नहीं समझाया जाता ,जैसे की एक अच्छा अनुभव जैसे की गुलाब की सुगंध कोई महसूस कर सकता है पर समझा नहीं सकता ,समंदर की लेहरो को अनुभव कर सकते हो पर समझा नहीं सकते ठीक वैसे ही किसी बुरे अनुभव को भी शब्दों में समझने जाओगे तो स्ट्रेस ,एंग्जायटी या पैनिक अटैक ही आएंगे इसलिए शब्दों में समझाना छोड़ दो बस अनुभव कैसा भी हो अच्छा या बुरा महसूस करो बात ख़तम करो समझने समझाने में मत पड़ना वरना फिर फंसोगे दिमाग के विचारो के चक्रव्यूह में , इस प्रक्रिया को कॉग्निटिव बिहेवियर थेरेपी कहते है जो साइकोलोजिस्ट इस्तेमाल करते है पर पैसा तगड़ा चार्ज करते है ,आप फ्री में सीख लो ,और हाँ प्राणायाम और सांस को धीरे करने से ज़रूर फायदा होता है

I can understand your feelings dear because in the past many years I can face the same situation my heart beat become very fast and my heart palpilation
become very fast and I can feel the fear the anxiety phobia and the shortness of breath show the best possible solution of this problem was when a person get up early in the morning and going to the morning walk and have some indoor workouts yoga and recite the Holy Quran by doing so you can get rid of these symptoms disorders the fear the phobia.. because I can face these situations these conditions personally.. always keep himself in the positive activities busy himself the reading the books and never sit alone in the room how is join the friends company the relatives because when a person become more in the room in the house in the home because it's in hence is increases the chances of depression.. I hope you will implement on my suggestions recommendations and my consultation
