Exploring The Netherlands: Best things to see in Alkmaar! (4k)

On this walk through the cheese city of Alkmaar, we will of course first visit Alkmaar's most famous tourist attraction: the cheese market on the Waagplein. We walk through the characteristic streets of the old city with its museum shops, terraces, bridges and canals to the old town hall and the Church, the Wildemanshofje, Piet's mill and many more photogenic places. Along the way we have some nice talks with the people of Alkmaar.
Op deze wandeling door de kaasstad Alkmaar nemen we natuurlijk allereerst een kijkje bij de bekendste toeristische attractie van Alkmaar: de kaasmarkt op het Waagplein. We lopen door de karakteristieke straatjes van de oude stad met museumwinkeltjes, terrasjes, bruggen en grachten naar onder andere het oude stadhuis en de Grote Kerk, het Wildemanshofje, de molen van Piet en nog veel meer fotogenieke plekjes en onderweg hebben we leuke gesprekken met de Alkmaarders.
