- We spent Christmas break in Northern Norway! We experienced the winter darkness, what it looks like when the sun does not rise or set, in arctic Norway. We were also on the hunt for northern lights, which was super exciting.

For someone born around the equator in Kenya it is fascinating how it can be dark during the day how do the people carry on with their daily activities in such darkness I would be disoriented would love to experience it one day and the other extreme it is midnight but the sun is still shining.
For me living in Southern Norway, it is fascinating too!

Most of them travel all the way from i.e Japan, and stay in Tromsoe for a day in average to see Northern Lights, and then back again...
