  • Jimmy Savile was totally a British horror story that lasted for over 50 years. I met him and this is my impression. Did you meet him I'd be interested to hear? Are you going to watch the film of him starring Steve Coogan? Let’s hope we never allow it to happen again in England.

He was on the TV all the time when I was a kid. Having watched a documentary and the news reports, I feel he was calculating and manipulative. He knew who to be seen with, what to say and how to do it. It makes my skin crawl just thinking about him.
I have stumbled across your channel, it is amazing!

I have no time or tolance for the BBC for a number of reasons one of the main ones being they supported the likes of Jimmy Savile and excused his behaviour because I am sure they knew about it

Unfortunately,I got a handshake, along with others for helping out at the Great North Run.We were in the VIP tent and looking back at it now I noticed other well known sporting people were present who probably knew something then kept their distance when Jimmy came over to us.Interesting take on your meeting in Otley.Just thought he was abit of oddbod and never imagined he did such horrible things.

The fact that some of the other VIP sports people were keeping their distance so something was registering with you just like me when I met him I knew the things he said to me was strange, but because we didn't know and only had the image of this wonderful person we could not put it all together. But I think you and I both recognise something strange with you. We didn't know how bad it was

I was is hospital and I was on the trolley going to theatre and he lent over me. And for some reason i felt really uncomfortable being so close to him this happened in the eighties I still shudder when think of it. New to your channel thanks for all you do . Hope you see this comment 👍👍

Hi Sharon Your reaction was based on how you felt at that moment. Not on what we know now so I would think there was definitely something very untoward and you picked it up. When I met him I felt very suspicious of his actions and words my brother saw him in the reception of the hospital and he thought people were trying to avoid him so people that met him were getting the vibe for sure... You were lucky it went no further. best Alan

I never liked him as a kid on tv, there was something I just didn’t like. I can remember being one of the only kids in junior school who never watched Jim’ll Fix It.

Hi,Alan this was an interesting video.Savile was not well known here in America.Only after the stories came out and when You Tube showed "The Ninth Circle" did people find out about him.Stay Safe and keep up the Good Work.

Hello Robert, I totally understand, he was just such a big person in the UK on television from the 60s to his death and everybody thought he was eccentric but a wonderful person including royalty. He's probably the most notorious person we've ever had. Anyway, glad you got to find interest in America and thank you for the comments up to see you again. Alan

Good video My own view for what its worth ? Is we will never know the true story But I can say this He was the only man to turn up at Buck House and walk in uninvited ? I cant think of anyone else other than Family and the folk who worked at Buck House in there normal duties The Royals were either involved with his capers or he was as an exception as a close friend I just dont know the answer

You are aware, are you not, that Peter Sutcliffe murdered his third victim in Roundhay Park within sight of Savile's penthouse No wonder, as you say, the place has a creepy vibe. Thanks for the great video.

@@MotorHomeBeepBeepYes Alan the lady was killed in that Park bcos Saville was questioned over it as he was friends with the Ripper, do you know that 2 of the Ripper victims are buried in Southern Cemetery in Manchester where you filmed Sir Matt Busby and Leslie Anne Downey’s videos ??? One of the ladies was Jean Jordan and she was found by Bruce Jones ( Les Battersby from Coronation Street when he was a gardener next to the Cemetery ) she is buried literally 250 yards from where she was killed .

When I saw his buttons like Jimmy will fix it. I'm actually thinking it feels like a genuine scary cheesy horror movie.
    But Fiction has become Reality.
