Just made these and the recipe states to preheat the oven to 275. I knew it was wrong. But I thought you guys should know. They are wonderful and will be great all week for work.
Hi Beautiful! These would be divine with several cups of added, wild blueberries rather than the larger cultivated ones! There would be a much higher berries to muffin ratio, and the blueberry flavour would also be even more enhanced! Love, and hugs, Laura, Sherrey🫐🍯🍋

Yum! I love a good lemon/blueberry muffin. The lemon zest blended with the sugar really does make them special. All I need are the blueberries!! 👍👍😘

Just a note the written recipe on the website says to bake at 400 degrees. Which I did and it was too hot 😭 mine got burned. By the way I love all your replies 💕 I have been following you for 9 years, and I learned cooking from you 🥰

Please correct the recipe on the website with 375 F (190 C) instead of 275 C
Laura I recently learned a tip when zesting fruit…. use the microplane on top of the fruit, then you can see better where you still need to zest without having to lift the fruit up to check 👍

I've had it where my Oven ran colder when I had to bake a bunch of cookies, thus making it take longer on the first couple batches or so, until I realized 🥴

Your video says 375 for the oven your written instructions say 275. I’m thinking the 375 is correct mine are in the oven so fingers crossed.

Ingredients and techniques looked great but blueberries still sunk to the bottom. Perhaps because the batter was more runny and thin than usual. I find that with thicker batters, the blueberries didn't sink to the bottom as much.
Hello, this is what happened to me! It was a hot mess! Any solutions to this problem? The flavors were there and were spot on. But the sinking, Oh My! LOL
