People accused Mariah of being a “ studio creation” since her very first debut album ! The G5-A5 belts here are literally just background vocals and barely audible on the actual record. She is just that GOOD ! This is prime/ rested Mariah in the studio where she can sing whenever she wants/ whenever the nodules ain’t acting up.
This is hard, but it doesn't make it the hardest song on Teom because it's in the background in octave unison so in a live setting she could easily just sing the bridge an octave lower😭 Hardest song on Teom is still FLAB for me🤭

Most singers have that one song that would be impossible to do live. Whitney never successfully sang the climax to I'm Every Woman live, Celine always lipped the climax to All By Myself, etc. When you sing the hardest songs imaginable that's what happens and I have no problem with it. Just the fact that she was able to sing it live in the studio is enough for me... no one can every replicate Mariah who has the most beautiful tone in the world.
