[INGREDIENTS]
400 gm Curd (Dahi)
10 Pieces Digestive Biscuits (80 gm approx.)
3 Tbsp Butter (Using Salted Butter)
200 gm Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Egg (You can skip egg and add 2 Tbsp cornstarch instead)
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence/ Extract
Lemon Juice (from 1/2 Medium Sized Lemon)
1/4 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Cornflour

[BAKING INSTRUCTIONS]
👉 Kadhai/Cooker(No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 20 min & then at low flame for min 45-50 min
👉 OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake at 180 degree Celsius for 30 min, then at 150 degree Celsius for next 30 min.

The cake was smaller (shorter) than I expected but it's the best one I've ever eaten, it's so creamy and delicious with that slight tang and absolutely the right amount of sugar so it's not extra sweet. Great recipe, thanks so much for sharing. If i double the ingredients how long would I have to bake it in the OTG at what temp?
