Easy No Bake Cheesecake Recipe:
- 5oz (150g) Cookies
- 5½ tbsp (80g) Butter
- 18oz (500g) Cream Cheese
- 1 cup (250g) Heavy Cream
- ½ cup (100g) Fine Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract (opzional but recommend)

Thanks for the video! In my no-bale cheesecake recipe I mix the creamcheese with sugar and whip up the heavy cream seperately, then gently fold them together. Works like a charm if someone have trouble with runny filling!

What an awesome recipe. I had to adjust quantities a bit for the US, as a cream cheese package only weighs 452g here. But it turned out fabulous! I used gluten-free graham crackers for the crust so that my wife could also eat it. Everyone loved it! Thanks, this recipe is a keeper! And so easy!

Great tip about the runny cheese, I will remember that. As I live alone I only make small ones so I don't know if this would work for a big one like this. However, once I take it out of the fridge I pour some melted chocolate on top then put it back in the fridge for another 4 hours, Yummy

Ahh. Thank you for the alternative. My mom has had a no-bake cheese cake recipe she's used for YEARS and I've grown up with as well. However, I like having alternative ways of doing things, if ingredients are hard to get. I far prefer the no-bake cheesecakes myself. Something about the texture. Hers calls for cream cheese, a can of sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla. That's it. Well, apart from the crust, of course. Its pretty 'no fail' too. I'll have to try the trick with the cream cheese, though. We usually do room temperature - but have been using off-brands, which have given us a problem with lumps the last several attempts. Lumps that just won't beat away. Doesn't harm the outcome/taste of the finished product, but it's better without them!
Nobake cheesecake is always my fav with strawberry topping n tips n tricks in this video vl definitely help to make a perfect cheesecake ❤

Emma, you've changed my life! I've been buying the ready to eat Philadelphia Cheesecake Crumble which is too expensive. I love cheesecake and cannot wait to try this/these recipes. One question: Would it work if I were to whip the heavy cream first before adding the (beaten) cream cheese so as to ensure the cream gets whipped sufficiently?

I use cane sugar in my desserts which is granular and doesn’t dissolve unless melted, would confectioners sugar be a better option here?
Hi love! You can put the sugar in a food procure and blend it to get fine sugar. Alternatively you can also use powdered sugar, but you might need a couple more tbsp as powdered sugar is not pure sugar (it's mixed with cornstarch). So taste and adjust😘
