I am looking forward to seeing it this weekend, but I have a feeling Chapter 1 will be a near carbon copy of the original, so a part of me is like why even give it a see. I still will see it b/c I have a movie pass, but I do not see it being original at all, at least Chapter 1. Lol. That last guy literally tried to charm the pants off you. That was pretty funny.

Yeah I was actually pretty disappointed too at this new installment. Review comes up tomorrow when embargo lifts but I wasn't thrilled with the movie.
@@Ramascreen I saw the trailer. It looks like nearly exactly same as original. I will still see it b/c I am a horror guy and have the movie pass, but my expectations are low.
I will also say a part of me doesn't like all these remakes b/c they very rarely out do the original, so what is the point? I know it is to make $ really, but after a certain juncture, it is like just try to have an original idea.
it meant to be more of a prequel to The Strangers then this being a remake.
I don't get the point of rushing to put out all 3 chapters in one year.
I do wish Halloween ended on KILLS then Ends. Ends was BAD lol. Kills should of ended with Laurie following Myers to the sewers after taking damaged from The Mob. they face off and she kills him. Perfect end...
