Yay!! So glad the kitten was found ❤ also.. You could just do baking/cooking videos everyday for vlog as and just chat to us during it and I'd be happy haha. Addendum * you shouldn't beat flour when making cookies - just mix gently until incorporated. You will develop too much gluten if you beat flour and it results in tough cookies. Some recipes like bread call for gluten development but others like cookies and pastries don't. You can also use a glass with a larger diameter and put it over the cookies and swoosh it around to create a really uniform round cookie

I love Hershey's cinnamon chips. I tried a "knock-off". No go. Hershey's is the best. They are GREAT in an oatmeal cookie recipe that used to be on the back of the bag. I moved and haven't been able to find them. I will though.

One went missing (one of the fluffy ones). Her neighbours were taking the 2 fluffy ones for their twin daughters as a gift. One jumped out of kandies hands when she was handing them over and they couldn't find it for days.. Turned up in another neighbours house and has now been reunited with her new family and fluffy sister
