I'm a therapist, and I really enjoyed this movie. It is so realistic, practical, and confrontational in a non-threatenening way - no ducking and diving. It addresses head-on the tension (space) between 'what is' and 'what ought to be' in this marriage and inspires the couple's participation. I especially loved the question at the end coz it encourages being proactive which is empowering, rather than being reactive and left feeling like a victim, ambushed and hopeless. I believe it would benefit a lot of couples out there 🥹. Great movie, great cast. Thank you 🙏🏾🙏🏾

This female lead really brings out the roles given to her especially being a wife- these movies deserve more views and likes- producers should learn that you can make a good movie without nudity, intimate and sex scenes
ONE OF THE GREATEST MOVIES I'VE SEEN ON THIS SUBJECT MATTER!❤ Stan Nze had tears forming in my eyes when he was expressing himself. Stan Nze brought this to life for me. That man is so good.🔥 Inem King facial expressions had me feeling every emotion she was saying. The therapist Anthonia Okojie was an excellent therapist using open ended question that were thought provoking. I loved the last homework assignment they were asked to do.🤔 I could watch an entire series of just therapy sessions of different subject matters done in this tasteful way. Hats off to the Actors and all who bought this to life.🇺🇲🙏🕊👍👍👍👍👍🏆

+ those questions from the therapist calmly leading them through their thoughts, helping them open up again... Mehn took notes... These things keep you self aware.
Never assume, and be careful what you think you "read between the lines" of your partner's actions or statements. Asking for clarity shouldn't reduce you. If it feels so, there's definitely something wrong with the communication system in the relationship.
The part where they both spoke their language killed it for me. Guys thumbs up, the entire team deserve an accolade without end, well done guys.
