Otaku means nerds or people who are obsesses with their interests. The otaku culture started gaining more popularity in the late 90s and today, I have the impression that people are more cool about otaku or being otaku themselves. - Zábava
That guy in white striped shirt is such a cool guy. He's like that one friend who may not have the same interests as you, but you both value you each other as a person.
+lacoot He's very cute, too. Beautiful eyes.
+lacoot also have very good choice of words. he clearly thinks before he speak. i wish i have a friend like him.
LightKekpack don't care still wanna be friends
+lacoot i agree, he'd be tht open dude you can just chill and have fun with. He wont be an ass and help you not be an ass in their culture ^_^ also homie at around 4:07, i think tht guy would be just interesting to speak with. Getting a like, "im a chill, comedic, laid back guy" feel from him. he seems fun WE NEED TO MEET PEOPLES LIKE THIS D : < TO JAPAN !!
sono hito wa omoshiroi hito desu ne
fishing otaku guy is such a bro
And the Disney otaku is cute too.. Guess we get a good image of 'otakus' from this video ^_^
+k- god Ikr
+Michael Chen agreed
+k- god agreed
Yup
"Someone who wears a checkered shirt" would have been the perfect time to zoom onto his friend.
Exactly what I was thinking xD His friend must has felt out of place right then because he was described (plaid shirt, backpack?) just without the glasses.
Yup! You could see the friend's thoughts as this was being said: "Oh fuck, it's me."
well, that was the guy who was super cool with otakus and said a lot of nice things about them, so he probably wouldn't have cared.
I feel like these people have something against plaid shirts...
She goes to Disney 5 or 6 times a year, oh my god.
+Ramiel i went to eurodisney once and it took me seeing the first queue to regret paying for entry. well, it was a once in a lifetime thing for me, so no harm done.
I never even went once
I need that kind of money, shiiiit
+Ramiel And i wanting go to Disney 1 time in my life hahahaha >.
+Ramiel Well, uhmmm, they have Tokyo Disneyland right? So why not?
Thank you, Yuta! This is exactly what I want, as a nerd looking guy! Even a Japanese, I enjoyed a lot hearing their prospective.
Love your videos man!

haha nobita big nerd big iq brain
Long hair, wears glasses and also a little chubby now that's an otaku
Sometimes, I awkwardly sing Japanese songs on my Facebook: facebook.com/YutaAokiOfficial
Cute!
+ThatJapaneseManYuta Que bom, cara!
do an interview about NEETS
+brony428 Im not even sure if they would know what a weeaboo is. But i would like to see that too.
+Nir jpn workaholics, i don't think it could be called Otaku tho, its not just obsession but also liking about something. I feel like those who work their ass off is less due to enjoyment and more due to the culture, many men were raised believing they should work enough in order to be able to pay for their family bills (theirs, wives, children).
Funny to see how respectful they are about everyone's hobby :O In any European or American country, everyone would've been like "they're weird, I don't like them, their hobby sucks ..."
True story.
+Jesuisguillaume - zm2y611 I'm sure you can find people like that in Japan. :P
+Jesuisguillaume - zm2y611 considering that many Japanese people tend to say people that make them look polite, as seen in one of Yuta's latest videos, who knows what their real opinion is.
If find this reeally scary
They do that to avoid being rude or conflicts .
Tbh, i can say that westerners are more open minded about different things...
Can you do a video on religion in Japan? I was curious about what people there think about religions, such as Buddhism and Christianity
Buddhism is a religion in Japan. . . They call it Zen Buddhism. It was spread from Ancient China and coexisted with Shinto.
+Malcolm Kender word
+坂田 金時 (Sakata Kintoki) wow that is a really good topic.
+Haidar Yeah, Japanese people are basically religious only when they need to be. That's the easiest way to sum it up.
I'm not entirely sure but I think Japanese "religion" is more of a tradition than a religion (their festivals, religious practices, etc.) and they still practice it to this day because it is deeply rooted in their culture.
That girl into Disney is adorably cute.
Ploo Meister I have the same on my head
soo cute
Ploo Meister right she's cute.
I wonder how is she going to look like in about 15 years from now. Most likely very pretty. She would look awesome in cosplaying as a young teenager.
She'll probably look exactly the same haha
A fishing otaku made me laugh XD
If this interview took place in America, the views would be the complete opposite and probably more harsh. Which I understand, our cultures are different. But, it just goes to show how much more polite Japanese people are, compared to Americans.
+linkman owo
No, it would be the same. (or similar)
+linkman owo well depends on the people to be honest. Some may be sincere and some may just not want to offend people who may watch the video, like what u said about politeness. A girl I know is japanese and hates akihabara because of that culture / look. She says they seem like they have bad personal hygene, dont wash their hair or clothes as often as normal people, bad fashion, awkward around people unless theyr talking about an anime or manga or some pervy thing they like or J idols etc. I am by no means saying this is everyones opinion, of course not. But im saying that the negative opinion of otaku (nerds) you expected from americans does also exist in Japan. I think westerners often mistake just a person who just likes anime as an otaku tho, which is not true. Everyone likes movies but you wouldnt call them all totally obsessed with movies lol.
+that1dude0092 Then you must live on the good side of America
+Auron710 Well, yeah. There's always someone who has different views, but I based my statement off of a majority.
linkman owo I think it depends what crowd / kinda people u hang out with. I wouldnt know what the majority think but since they dont really do people any harm i would hope ur right =) From the negative points i have heard japanese give, only poor hygene would bother me lol i dont care if someone is socially awkward or has no fashion sense :p
The two guys in the checkered shirt have nice views. They're pretty open-minded.
I do however disagree people should get to know about Japan through Otaku culture. This then leads to non-Japanese otaku's/weeaboos having a very blurred interpretation of Japan because of what are simply, cartoons. I personally prefer books, documentaries that are rated most true and good for facts and videos like these ones etc.
Thanks for the video.
You are not Japanese.
+Transhuman Yakuza As someone who discovered my interest in Japan from simply watching anime, I can see what you mean. But please do not generalize the entirety of otakus. Some, myself included, understand the boundary of cartoons vs real life. As of lately, I've been less interested in anime, and more interested in Japan.
So if it wasn't for my old otaku culture, who knows, maybe Japan would've just been another country on a map for me.
So I am thankful for my passions.
Kiryu? What you doing here? Haha
Sung Joon - 성준 Yakuza is brilliant!
Påñtšü Mäśtęr Never said I was, kid.
so otaku is just having a passion really, everybody's an otaku then :)
+oh oh More like obsession, but there are other things that come with it too. Not always but often an otaku also wants to stay home most of the time and isn't good with social stuff. They might seem perverted and spend most of their time doing their thing. I would say everybody is a nerd, but now the word nerd isn't a very strong word so I think not everyone is an otaku.
You are an otaku if you are too obsessed with something
+Swedish Otaku I think what you described is more on the side of a shut in. Which Otaku, I agree can often be shut ins, but they're not the same thing.
+Kaneki Ken The question is - where is the border :) I'm really interesed in anime, I have many manga on my bookshelf, but it's not my only hobby. I don't consider myself as otaku, because I'm interested in Japanese culture.
Kaneki Ken im obsessed with football,am i a football otaku?
We actually hold major otaku events here in Egypt..
I'd like Japanese people to see what kind of passion we have for their culture ♥
p.s. visit the Egycon page on facebook ^_^
Forgive me for my sheer ignorance and stereotyping, but I instantly imagine pharaoh cosplays, pyramids hosting the anime conventions and stuff. lolz orz
Its not for their country its for anime you weeb
+Salma Ahmed ِAn anime fan.. and you know the Facebook group too.. XD Pretty cool, *hi5* (Y)
+Salma Ahmed Most anime would be considered haram to Muslims. Especially since many animes have antireligious themes. A majority of Japanese are atheist, so you are watching many shows written by atheists.
+Ahmed M.AbdElMoteleb (SAIKO) Of course is is not like ComicCon. Egypt is a Muslim country. The women are repressed. How would they be able to accurately represent anime women when many of them are against showing their hair to strangers let alone their body?
Sounds like I am welcomed as 'nerd' in Japan. That's a good thing to know. I noticed these people understood that 'nerds' are generally kind people and that they are part of their world. Even changing the world at points.
What none of them really mentioned, or not out loud at least. Is that many jobs are filled by these same 'nerds'. For example making Anime. If you are not a fan yourself, you would not be interested in making it either. You need a passion for a subject before you can really understand much about it and do something with it. It is not bad to have such a passion, even if it's marked as 'nerdy'.
+MsMintgreen I disagree. but it definitely helps.
I am an Otaku towards sci-fi, military and medieval stuff and I am goddamn proud of it.
Thank you for all your interviews, it helps me know and love Japan even more👍
This was really interesting and informative, thanks and please keep them coming!
keep up the good work! I really enjoy these videos on various perspectives aha
I am a very big fan of anime and manga, and am very grateful for the influence. Everyone seemed so nice in this video about it. :)
@ 1:13 LMAO THAT GUYS FACE AFTER HE MENTIONED PLAID SHIRTS
I'm so happy to have found this channel! It seems like I'll really be able to learn more about Japan straight from Japanese people and their opinions. Subscribed ^_^
Hey Yuta, I just discovered this channel. I think it's quite intriguing hearing what Japanese people have to say about your questions. I've been to Japan a few times but the language barrier stops even basic conversation. On top of that it's hard to find a fluent English speaker to talk with. Your personable approach and the willingness of Japanese people to express themselves is admiring and interesting. While your questions aren't overly intellectual they, ironically, have given me a better insight into the minds of Japanese people that I got while I was a traveller there. Thank you Yuta, keep it up.
I've been watching anime and reading manga since I was a kid and I like the Japanese culture, but I would never make it a priority in my life and watch anime as soon as I have the chance every single day, even if I've gone to anime conventions before. There are people here in Portugal who call themselves otaku, but they have busy lives and barely watch anime or read any manga. If otaku has that meaning, then I guess that they're not really otaku for anime/manga. But I'm not saying it's a bad thing if they think of themselves that way.
+Amy Kazama I'm a fan of anime, but not an Otaku. :)
jr4chargers I'm not one as well. It's like enjoying a movie or watching a series I really like. :P
Amy Kazama
Yep.
+Amy Kazama weeberanime :^)
Do Porto ou de Lisboa btw?
AdvancedSoul É "iberanime." lol. Só Porto.
i love your videos Yuta!!
I watch animes and read mangas I like some Japanese rock bands but I don't buy merchandises and act like Japanese am I considered to be an Otaku? I think it's just the same as liking Hollywood movies, listening to pop singers and eating at McDonald's. So why is it such a big deal? I don't really get it.
iamnumber8 An Otaku is just a person who is obsessed over something. A Weeaboo is that and wants to be Japanese as well. So, you should be find if you don't obsess over it. I guess you're just an anime lover
Weeb
It seems to me that one of the reasons is that animes use many exaggerations in their own spacial way, such as dub, expressions, and plots. Take Bollywood movies for example. They usually incorporate singing and dancing scenes, which surprise you if you haven't known it before.
While some like the style of anime, some don't and associate it with extreme works. Therefore, if one despising it know that you like this kind of things, he/she will think you're ridiculous.
Classic
Nigga, do not watch Japanese cartoons lol
Thr guy at 3:39 is very mature. I like his answers.
yeah i agree that guy has a way with words.
My opinion: Otaku = Ok!
Weeaboo = WTH?
@@justsomeguywithoutabeard8306 Found the weeaboo
Japanese seem to be pretty tolerant. America should learn something from them. Just like that one girl said, more of them or less of them it ain't going to affect your life so let them be.
I think that we might overexagerate about them being a lot more tolerant and respectful, even though they still definitely are (it's not something i disagree with), but they seem to be much more polite about disagreeing with someone, for sure.
Might have something to do with how 70 years ago we beat them into submission. Look at Japanese history pre-WWII and tell me how tolerant they are.
+Matthew Mendez It actually has to do with how after their economy collapsed in WW2 after US's war crimes they rose to become the 2nd largest economy from the bottom in a short span of 30 yrs. I'm looking at them in 21st century and telling you they're more tolerant than America. Can you deny this?
Japanese have this thing where they don't always speak the truth in order to not cause problems. They may be tolerant in this video but we don't know how it actually is indoors.
Yassi Exactly. The culture in Japan is very non-confrontational. There is a plethora of resources and information on this.
Those people you interviewed were awesome!
I'd love to see these same videos and interviews done in other countries. It would be interesting to see the variety of opinions around the world.
I love power tools and building things around the house and DIY. Does that make me a power tool otaku?
+Alan Falleur yep :P
Here's my power tool otaku T-shirt and logo design.

another great video!
I really enjoy your show yuta!
I'm actually obsessed with anime but it doesn't effect my other hobbies and life at all. Well.
actual japanese people: 3:30
tumblr: THAT IS CULTURAL APROPRIATION DON'T WATCH ANIME ITS NOT FOR YOU!!
people nowadays always want to get involved with something that doesn't concern them it's sad more or less it doesn't matter anyway
@@Sena2gK It's sad how this comment was made 5 years ago and still stands pretty fucking relatable to nowadays.
cultural appropriation is a fucking joke its doesnt matter if your western or asian just enjoy what you loved
Started watching your videos today! Till now I love them all!
Good luck in your channel mate!
And Greetings from Greece!
You are doing a great job Yuta, from my point of view you are the only youtuber that give interesting and practic information about Japan, really your topics are so interesting and with all those interviews its just great, keep like that bro...
You may not believe me but i discovered you by your spanish channel wich i think is also great, please keep uploading videos there too.
So nice n_n fun videos!
I will be in Japan September15th, for one year!
These videos make me excited for my trip!
+Swift Otaku What area were in you when it happened? Every country has those kinds of places where pickpockets hang around.
Swift Otaku Was it Japanese people or foreigners? If that happens here in Portugal, it would rarely be from the natives.
Swift Otaku Oh, so it happened three times. I guess that it depends on how long you've been living in Japan. But oh well, there are bad or desperate people everywhere. :/
Swift Otaku Damn, they must think that you're an easy target. :/ Well, thanks for the info. It was really interesting. ^_^
Swift Otaku They must think that you're a tourist who's going to leave Japan soon and you have no idea how to call the police. I myself am one of the easiest targets. I'll be 25 soon and I'm only 144cm short. On top of that, I look like a petite 15 year-old. I've had many people say it to my face, and a couple of them even thought that I was 13. I'd still rather be this short, though. xD
Yuta, was this video taken in Tokyo? Thanks
+MiracleDiving Tokyo.
+ThatJapaneseManYuta I recognize the neighborhood!
+MiracleDiving The girls were interviewed in an area of Shibuya near the Disney Store (funny considering one considered herself to be a "Disney Otaku") I've been there before.
THE BEST VIDEO I EVER SEEN!!!NEW SUB !!!
Love this show :)
I am a anime otaku and I want to learn Japanese just so I can see anime without any subtitles and I'm proud of it.
yes...I'm with you(͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
+ThatOneHentaiLover 0.0 Me too
glad some are with me
Calm the fuck down... OK :(
Me too..
The word, Otaku has two meanings, one is someone who is expert in something, it can be anything, like fishing, gardening, fashion, etc. and the other meaning is nerds or geeks. And lately we use Otaku more for nerds... I feel positive about Otaku (nerds) because they seem enjoying their life in their own way without disturbing other people, even though I will never understand them especially the guys who danses with idols in akihabara...
thank you for this video so much !!!!
what a another good job 👍👍 keep it up😁
so, by their definition...
wouldn't Sherlock Holmes also fit into the category of "otakus"? Like, he's a type of otaku who is obsessed with solving puzzles...?
*crimes
jjjjcccjjf well, crimes are like puzzles to him. no?
Singham Ishinomori mmm... yeah
Sherlock holmes is a creep lol.
Indeed
The first two guys were really nice
Great vid topic.
nice video yuta san keep it up! it helps me to understand things about Japan, i really love japanese people they are very kind and honest. well, it is my personal opinion.. cheers my friend ^^
Otakus are fine
It's weebs you have to worry about
No... Anime haters
You aren't Japanese.
Påñtšü Mäśtęr I never said I was. Weebs do, without knowing anything about Japanese culture
걸왜 에반 They did actually say Otaku culture... If you were attentive enough. They said that anime is from Japan, which is why if people like it, it makes them proud. Otaku culture being games and animes.
weebs are someone who is proud of being called "otaku" and not from japan
Thank god. I was starting to worry about being discriminated against because I am an otaku (foreigner) and I want to go to japan. and learning they aren't looked so much down on is actually a pretty good thing I believe! まずまず、日本に行くのは楽しみですね!!w
I love the sincere openness they have about this subject
Awesome topic Yuta! I was rather surprised at the results. Being a "hiker" otaku, I always get chastised by my better half for anything "game" related, yet the tons of maps, hiking gear goes unnoticed lol. Then there's always my yearly Fuji hike...
An interview on what Japanese think about Japanese who are born and raised in foreign countries would be interesting imo.
3:36 this guy is really nice. i'll visit him some a day, when i'll be in japan
Great video as always... I really like the questions you think of and to hear what Japanese people (although they all seem to be younger in age) think. It would be nice if you put up the names of the people you interview, if they allow it.
Shoutouts to the madcatz shirt guy at 2:36 fighting game community is everywhere at all times!
I have so much respect for that dude at 3:40.
im proud to be otaku (manga + anime' lover ) because it's like an art to me so i keep doing it , and don't care about what people toughts on me !!!
Yuta, ask people if they see anime, and their favorite anime.. Subscribing!!
FINNALY MY VIDEO!!!
I've been obsessed with Japan ever since I started watching anime. It started with me being bored and deciding to watch Attack On Titan because one of my friends started watching it. Then I started watching a bunch of different animes. It got to the point where I could understand some words just by watching anime so I just decided to learn japanese. I fell in love with japanese culture and I signed up to be an exchange student for Japan. Does this make me an anime otaku since my obsession started with anime, or just some plain weirdo who's obsessed with Japan? lol
TheAwkoTaco This speaks to me
I really appreciate the message these people had towards those who's knowledge grows through many things that are considered "otaku." To promote the learning of cultures, the exchange of cultures, and a mutual benevolence and friendship--this is what I've always sought when making friends around the world, including the Japanese.
Another reason I really enjoyed this video, is due to the rampant hate and bullying seen towards those who love (or even just admire and like) anime, manga, and other products of Japanese culture. There is a man of straw these bullies carry around, with a sign of "wannabe Japanese" on it; and whenever they see any westerner who enjoys anything about Japan, they associate them with that aforementioned straw man, and fire their bullets at it. Even more extreme are those who seem to outright hate Japan with a fierce, almost-racist hatred.
But the answers these people gave demonstrate why it is that people come to love this country; good manners, calm, intelligent answers, and respect towards all men and women--this is why many people become interested in Japanese culture, flaws and all.
But loving one culture doesn't automatically mean you despise your own; and even if anyone does despise their culture, their country, or their people--what does it matter to anyone else? It doesn't.
I hope to visit Japan one day. Thank you for your videos!
Fun video again,
Hello and thank you for posting these videos.
I usually use the English words
Nerd or Enthusiast for おたく
So, if being an otaku is good for the economy...
LET'S GET AN OTAKU IN OFFICE. HE OR SHE WILL MAKE ANIME REAL AND DIG AMERICA OUT OF DEBT
+Sharded Gem Source? That seems too sketchy to be true.

There ya go
+Rice Mage What do you mean "make anime real"?
+Rice Mage LMAO
+Rice Mage The point is that Otakus have a parasitical life style by always only gaining money from their parents (I guess), but on the other hand, they are willing to spend a lot of money for their hobby which means they support that certain industry.
I just discovered... I'm not a real otaku. I'm sorry I am a disappointment
well u might be,seeing u dedicated ur username to bts u might be an otaku for them XDD
Cute ! Lol, I may be! :'0

Intersting!
we are not nerds we simply love to watch anime
contradictory much?
Florensa-Otaku Forever so true😁

Hmm, I think loving anime is rather nerdy. There's nothing wrong with being nerdy though, it's not something you should be ashamed of.
Ertix You can go China
Im an otaku and its nice to see people who dont have a negative image about us and are like: OMG your so weird, what is your problem??
^u^ nice vid!
I think people are more willing to say to someone's face that they accept you but online they say what they really think about you.
what friends, buddy
+Hachikuji Mayoi You seem lost, little girl.
+Hachikuji Mayoi I CAN SEE THE SNAIL
He friends? more like compans
All of your interviewees always seems so nice! (But after your honne/tatemae video, I'm now more suspicious, hahahah. Then again, I suppose friendlier people are more likely to be open to being interviewed.)
Guys: Ye...yeah, it's fine(?) Lift.....uh...lift your heads up, Kings.
Girls: Nah.

thumps up for the younger man in the white black shirt its like this because of animes etc. i did get interested in japanese culture (and a lot of my friends too)
When they say Otaku aren't fashionable and i'm over here like: but I am ;~;
+Nathan Young Same same... though I don't say I'm an Otaku (Even though I probably still fall under the term because I collect merch and cosplay) I'm still fashionable. ;~;
fishing otaku here too :D also the disney otaku girl might be the cutest asian i ever seen :p
Elite Otaku yes she is super cute
glad i found this video😀😀😀😀😀😀
haha this is funny because ive always appreciated east-asian cultures, especially japan (due to its isolation) but ive only recantly become and anime fan. but im am most certainly otaku for marvel and DC comic books..all my life. also star wars and star trek (yes both) lately, i find myself addicted to anime. cant get enough! so many great stories and concepts to be found. no person with a passion should limit themselves! thank you Yuta-san! i love all your videos!
Nice to know that not all of Japan hates on Otakus. I'm planning on moving to Japan for a bit.
Philippines is like the weeb central. Yes I'm Filipino.

4:23 Anybody else jamming out to The Hoopers' Go Go Dansu Tomaranai?! 😂
Is this in Shinjuku?
This was fun to watch. :D It's funny because the Japanese girls I met in Japan seemed to be slightly disapproving of anime and such and thought of it as childish, but the boys were all nerdy and got excited about Shingeki no Kyojin and Naruto and such. XD
i love anime and i got this kid into watching anime now he calls me senpai...i hate it so much that damn word...
What is senpai
Why did you get him into anime for why! Poor kid we will become a weeb

I came here from the Filthy Frank reaction and have been watching 10 videos since then. Good content!
Also, I have always wondered whether japanese people in general have less 'deep' friendships (don't want to generalize), since dating seems kinda weird with all of this ignoring.
I love how the guy in white striped shirt shared his opinion and thoughts. He's quites awesome. x))
It's nice hearing Japanese opinions on this, I can't speak for all Western countries, but at least in America, people are much less open minded about hobbies and use "otaku" as a hateful word. It's like they feel the need to be angry FOR Japanese people. However with this video we see that isn't even the case and that Japanese people are much more accepting and open minded than the vast majority of Americans 😒 SMH
+Haley Ellis I wouldn't say they're more open-minded/accepting, just far less willing to say anything about it so's to not make you feel bad. The average Japanese person is probably just as weirded out as the average American, but you won't hear a peep from them about it.
These videos are so nice to watch after all the racism and hatred in Europe over refugees atm
Enablingbuzz Doesnt matter to me what I call it, making up statements about rape statistics (they have been conclusively proven wrong countless times) the way you just have is just nasty. And yes violent crime has gone up, but I'd be willing to be its mostly thanks to angry natives attacking refugee settlements.
LattiMonstaaa
Alright show me how they were proven wrong then. To be more specific violent crime done by immigrants has gone up..sure the people who attack the settlements are just as bad but don't try to throw shit at me just because you sympathise more with the refugees.
LattiMonstaaa
Hello? didn't you have proof that police statistics are bullshit?...where is your proof mate?.
+LattiMonstaaa They are not refugees. They are I M M I G R A N T S. Look what they are doing, and what goverments do to hide everything bad about them. Turn your brain ON. It's not a racism. I love learning about other cultures, but come on. It's not a culture, it's disaster. Where are you live? Open your eyes.
+LattiMonstaaa Wow, I thought the anti-refugee sentiment was only a thing in the USA.
Nice!
I talk to a japanese girl, and she was baffled that I knew about Otakus, and even more so when I told her Otaku doesn't have the "bad" reputation overseas that it does in Japan. I mean in Japan it is seen as a negative word, but in the west we take pride in calling ourselves Otaku if we have a big anime and manga collection.
if you ask anyone who is not Japanese, they will try to convince you that Japanese people in general despise otakus. they're probably just miserable people projecting their own sadness onto those who have a passion for something.
2:10 "Otakus are good for economy!" (LOL!)
4:11 "If people become Otaku, Japan will be happy!" (Otaku Apocalypse!)
didn't Japan enter a recession because of saving? Otakus spend a lot, so they're a boon? :v
Wow, these people are so sweet and I don't ever say that. You're culture is like a beautiful art piece. I'm Texan/Mexican-American. I really enjoy the open-mindedness and honorability of your culture, and yes the anime, and the robots too.
Most of their responses were very sensible and nice, I'm surprised, I wasn't expecting that.
