    Great video! I have swung by the Nexton Info Cottage earlier this year and the New Leaf model was my favorite.

      I LOVE what they’re doing. All the builders are great, but their courtyard really sets them apart. It creates a private oasis on what is otherwise a small lot!

    I lived in Brighton Park just a few months ago before having to move to TX for family … I sure do miss it! Gorgeous homes, great schools and fantastic employment opportunities! I plan to move back asap!

    Do any of the homes have a backyard that you can create a vegetable garden? My wife loves to garden🙂

      While the lots are huge, there is plenty of room for a small garden depending on the builder and the footprint of the home.

    If we could only get Sam's club to finally build on the land they own in Nexton, it would complete it!

      Last year I believe they said they abandoned the idea of putting in another Sam’s Club in the area. Maybe Costco will scoop it up and add a 3rd warehouse! I’d love to be able to swing into Costco whichever part of town I’m in.

      We are currently relocating to Nexton from Ohio. My husband works at Legacy Distribution which just opened a few months ago in Summerville. They are a 3rd party Sam's Club Distribution. Maybe they will decide to build if they aren't already. I am still in Ohio while we wait for our home but he went on down to start working so I'm not sure what's there.

    No mention of the infrastructure Ofcourse. They are building a ton of family homes in an area with no middle school and highschool. The schooling situation is a nightmare.

    I had no idea this was what Newton is! You mentioned 25 min to downtown. How long to the closest beach ( not rush hr not weekends) thx!

      About 45 minutes. I just put it in my maps app. 1:00pm on a Tuesday in December.

    Did you mention the HOA fees?

    • @TheBillOlson
      @TheBillOlson  Před 2 lety

      HOA fees can always change and will be different from subsection to subsection. Do you have a subsection in mind? Or just curious in general?

    How much are the houses looking to retire in the area
