Hi Joseph, currently these start in the low 300’s for townhomes and high 300’s for single family detached homes in Bradford Point or North Creek. Brighton and Midtown start in the mid to high 400’s going up to the 900’s. Then Del Webb is in the high 400’s. Plenty of other options in Summerville as well, so feel free to get in touch anytime if you ever have any questions or want me to do a video on a specific area.
