Ribbon Corrugator Improvements

In this video I make some necessary improvements to my original ribbon corrugator. The original version of the corrugator used threaded bolts for the gear axles. The new version has machined gear axles, an improved ribbon tray and two bolts to regulate the height and angle of the gears.

Hi Rex, At this moment they are made to order. But I am looking to get a large batch of the metal gears made so I can then make a batch of the corrugators so they will be available ready made from my website.
