Yes, right now there are some in weekly towers and proving grounds and there has been one that was in live events but aside from that, packs are the way to go
I don’t see WrestleMania or soul card right now at the moment so I don’t know how to get Seth Rollins. Maybe I have to get it from another pack maybe changed or maybe just fill up the cards on my collection
