Those Blue lights represent that you support all lawinforsment officers. I have been doing this for years. Believe me, all lawinforsment officers know what the BLUE lights represent.

What I watched earlier, which had in it the NYPD website name, cut out her commentary. Regardless, I'm sorry for everyone's loss.
