Would you consider doing a make-up Russian roulette? Where you do a blind pick from all of the advant calender make-up that you got? Separate all the different things so you get one of everything to make a full face of make-up and do a make-up look! I think that would be a VERY entertaining video.

In the UK the saying “the morning after the night before” tends to mean the morning after you’ve been out and drank too much. Basically you’ve got a hangover. Cosy with an S is UK spelling.
Since I'm not a native english speaker (or writer), I use different spellings.
Always "cosy" thought, since "cozy" just looks to me like it would sound like "kotzie". And "Kotze" is vomit. 😅

And yeah, he's taught me that basically all the words that I feel confused about whether there should be a z or an s, is American vs UK spelling. Americans like the letter z. Cozy, realize, finalize, etc. UK just writes cosy, realise, finalise, etc.
@@HadridarMatramen Yes, I know about the z/s thing, but I'm super certain that there's a couple of words I somehow always end up writing with the american spelling, even though I usually use the english version (same with o/ou) for most things, since that what I've learnt in school (and I do prefer it too).

Love UK/EU based boxes and products. They have more restrictions on ingredients than US products. Also, Taylor trained for months, running on a treadmill, singing her playlist for 3 hours a day to get ready for the tour. After I read that, I needed a nap. Love sweetie, never change.

British person here, a) we spell cosy with an ‘s’ and lots of other things like recognise. b) ‘the morning after the night before’ refers to a rough morning after a late night, usually one involving heavy drinking.

Please please please try the JVN serum for your hair! Ive been meaning to mention this brand to you thinking you'd like it. That serum saved my hair. Brought back moisture to my scalp and hair, and stopped the crazy weird hairloss that was happening. And now my hair is growing back. I now use JVN products exclusively and have zero problems with my hair, which is a big deal. You can use a small amount of the serum or quite a bit, depends on how thirsty your hair is. You'll feel the difference once you start using it. Girl seriously, it works wonders... softening, helping with frizz, and overall health.
Me gasping at the Tula eyebalm. It's $50 and I've been using it CONSTANT for over 2 years. I LOVE IT. It's kind of like a mix of skin care and makeup. I've used the og blue, the rose glow, and the gold glow and I think I prefer the gold. It's like a shimmer balm that cools the skin for about an hour, in my experience.
I absolutely love the Tula eyebalm, too! My favorite is the blue, but I also love the gold:) They are must haves in my morning skincare routine 😊

You will love the pharmacy balm. It melts all my make up away so easily even the toughest waterproof mascara. Just follow up with the foam cleanser.

as a fellow cotton candy hair girlie, I can’t recommend that JVN hair product enough! working it through damp hair helps keep is from being too heavy, and I feel like it really helps hydrate my hair (especially any dry ends) without weighing it down. also, because I don’t use a ton at a time due to how thin my hair is, it lasts for SO long!
I LOVE that Drunk Elephant moisturizer, one of the best I’ve used in the past few years!! It feels like how drinking something refreshing and cold feels, but on your face.

Just wanted to let you know that Naturium (pronounced nah-tur-e-um) and necessaire (you pronounced it right) are US brands (CA based). I love both of them. You can't find the full range of naturium in stores (it's slowly being introduced but it's all over Amazon cause that's how i bought it). Necessaire you can find everywhere including Walmart, Sephora, Neiman Marcus, etc.
Alexandria these brands are in Sephora lol Barbara sturm is an expensive skin care brand and necessair has great products, the body wash and body lotion are amazing! This is amazing avant- calendar! Let me buy off you 😂❤

Hi Alexandra, I've been watching this series of Advent Calendars and this is the best one IMO. You have so many full size items. Definitely the best one and worth the $300 price tag. I can see why it has a waiting list for this years (2024) release.
The morning after the night before is saying that I used to hear a lot here in the UK. It usually means when you been out and enjoyed anchohol more than perhaps you should. In the morning "after" you can not look your best and can looked tired and generally your best. The saying I think started as a catchy saying used to market a hang over cure that was meant to bring "pep to your step"

I laughed so hard when I saw Charlotte Tilbury for the first time recently! Because of the voice you use when you say her name , I was expecting a fancy looking little old lady.🤣
To be fair, Charlotte Tilbury is pretty flamboyant with her 'darlings, you just have to try my new zeebdoo, beep pop, some sort of shiny, cheek changing goop - it will absolutely change your life'' (okay she doesn't call her products that but she does say 'darlings' in a fairly posh British accent. She comes accross like a flamboyant gay man except she's a lady... I'm British and we don't sound like Charlotte does unless you live in 'the city' and call your close friends 'the inner circle' 😂

That was a phenomenal unboxing!! I’m currently in the States and your storm hit us yesterday evening with wicked wind and snow today! It was literally 25C until 4pm. Absolutely gorgeous weather then around 9pm, boom 💥, rain, lightning and thunder that shook the bloody house until 4 am. This state has some mental weather issues! 🌦️ 😂😂😂
The Farmacy cleanser is so good! It does really remove mascara really well. I've tried others and always go back to it.

I love the small, soft make up remover rounds. My mascara comes off with JUST WATER. And no tugging of the sensitive skin.
I love olaplex shampoo and conditioner! If I could afford it, that would be all I ever use. My hair feels so healthy and is nice and shiny
Farmacy had a limited edition cherry version of their makeup remover. I got in boxy charm a few years ago, and it was the best makeup remover. It's a bit expensive though so I've been trying different ones and haven't found a less expensive one that's as good.
