Thank you! Lights came on after doing the easy head cleaning from not being used for almost a month. Followed these instructions....couldn't do a full flush, as it had not be 12 hours since the last one. No colors at 1st. Pulled ink from each line and drain lines...one more cleaning and it's back!

Thank you for your reply it did fix the problem also is it normal for everyday I run the nozzle check and the white doesn’t show up until I do the head cleaning and the yellow is always very faint. I don’t know I just saw a CZcams video that said you need to remove the transport lock on the machine but I haven’t found one or seen it in the mail as either so wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something. Thanks again for your help
i would reach out to procolored support. get with their live support where you can talk with them face to face. show them the problem or send a video of the issue. it should be under support > warranty on their website. When I had my L1800 machine the yellow nozzle check didn't show up at all. it printed yellow perfectly, but for some reason it just wouldn't show up on the checks. when i would do a manual check by printing a CMYKW picture, it would print yellow fine. i never asked procolored why or looked into it.

My two blinking lights will not go off. I keep getting an error code and it won't let me reset. Also, how do I unlock my printer head? It won't let me release it because the lights are still on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks
if you followed the instructions in my video and got an error when you tried to do a reset it should still correct the red blinking problem. turn your printer off completely (turn off front green button and the rear power button). wait 10 seconds and turn everything back on again. if you still have problems please reach out to Procolored.

if you're printing off the side of your film, it may be your film size setting in the PRO RIP software. can you explain what a transport lock is?
Hello, my friend. I had procolored l1800 printer, can you help me? If am not using it for a month what should i disconnect to protect my printer or print head to avoid ink bleeding when i start using it pls? Secondly, how many bulk of t shirts should be printed before cleaning the print head? What thing can i use to clean the print head? since i bought only 13 shirts been printed so far. Lastly, when i bought the printer they gave me nozzle protection fluid and some pump tubes. Can you help how to use them pls? Thank you.
this video may help: czcams.com/video/JO0q2EcLPjc/video.htmlsi=RHuDzSRGlKf4ZKcQ do a print head cleaning daily unless it's in vacation mode. if a print head cleaning via PRO RIP software is not cleaning the print then it requires a manual cleaning. you will need swabs and print head cleaning solution. both can be bought through procolored. do not use any alcohol solutions as it will dry the print head and damage it.
Hello! My lights are blinking. I tried to do these steps. I have a L1800 but my resetter is only 1390. Maybe that’s why?? Is there somewhere I can download the L1800 from?
there should be a resetter in your white USB drive.
Is there anyway to do this if I’ve not fully turned security off and tried opening the program?
you can add the file as an exception without having to turn off the security completely

Hello my friend, I installed a new pump today and cleaned the old print head nicely.
it worked well. new problem is I can't switch it on anymore. Power from the back comes on but the front one presses first but it doesn't switch on anymore,
Print head and the print head seemed to be moving and no longer turned on
please help me why it doesn't turn on now.
there must be a cable that was disconnected during the repair.
Hello! I barely had that problem and they helped me do all that because I didn't have the correct software, they entered my computer and they did everything for me, I am very happy and grateful for that, but now my printer doesn't print any color. 😟 I have no idea why. What should I do now? 😩
Your CMYK tab may have been turned off. i haven't came across the problem personally but i'm sure it's a simple fix. you may need to get with customer service
although I turned off the antivirus but for some reason, it turn on again and deleted that file. is there anything I can do thank you.

do you have a similar folder? check the other folders for that resetter software
hello when i click on resetter it wants me to extract all or run. When extracted it brings me to DTF R1390 CLEAR? When i select "RUN" nothing happens
It may be the wrong file. www.procolored.com/pages/warranty-policy scroll down to where it says “need additional help” and get on a video call with them. They’ll be able to walk you through and send you the correct file.
if it gets deleted how do i get the program back?
was it deleted off of the usb stick? www.procolored.com/pages/warranty-policy contact them. right under where it says "Need Additional Help? Contact Us" they can send it to you via google drive or drop box.
Hi what if it’s just the paper jam button keeps flashing?
when that happens to me i just turn the printer completely off (front green power button and rear power button) let it sit for 10 seconds and turn it all back on again. if this doesn't work then try the flashing red light solution in this video.
I have this problem too! I pulled out the paper, turned it off, waited for a lil bit, then turned it on again. & the light is still flashing.

What happens if the maintenance and precautions folder is not there ?
contact procolored to get a download link for anything that's missing. I've had to do that once and they sent me a zip file with all the necessary software and drivers. to contact them go to the support tab > warranty > then look for need additional help

yes, except you'll choose the file for L805 instead of L1800

Sorry, when i said "these steps" i meant the steps in the "how to fix the red flashing light" video above. you may need to reinstall the drivers if your PC is not recognizing the printer. the drivers are located in the white USB drive.
What happens if you do that and it doesnt work?? I left for 2 days and came back andit was showing the 2 blinking lights again! Can you help??

could possibly be another issue. have you contacted Procolored Support? go to their website and at the top click support > resources

i would contact support and see exactly what the problem is. it could be something as simple as using the wrong resetter. if you go under support > warranty there's a contact info and SKYPE info for support. they're usually available after 6PM
