Dave's clean vocals are improving insanely, not that they were ever bad in my opinion. but hes definitely come a long way.
This song went straight to my gym playlist, always hypes me up.

I love that you let music effect you emotionally and don't try and hide it, I'm very much the same way. We need more people being honestly with themselves about these types of things, emotions aren't something to be embarrassed by, people being emotionally moved by something is powerful and important, and we should embrace it.
I feel like that next album's gonna be awesome and I Iove seeing them sticking together and still making music without Kyle 🥰
I’m also excited but more so love seeing Dave really step up and really step into the role of both vocalists and has really stepped up his singing ❤️
@@DiegoHIA Me, too 🥰 I always loved his harshes, but when they started incorporating him doing cleans and belts and stuff, I wasn't only surprised, I absolutely adored it. His vocals always felt relatable, genuine, unique, emotive and vulnerable to me - all things I cherish in the vocalists and musicians I like. I'm curious to see where they'll take it from here on!
I'm still surprised, how diverse Metalcore has become over the years.
I remember, when every band tried to sound like Killswitch Engage and All That Remains, but at some point something switched and Metalcore went from being basically simplified Göteborg Death Metal to a spectrum from essentially Pop Rock to well, simplified Göteborg Death Metal.
Didn't really listen to WCAR but there new songs are absolutely sick. Love them. I WANT MORE.
it's a 10 year anniversary tour of their debut album "to plant a seed" which they will be playing through with a couple others sprinkled in! recommend checking that entire album before the show. Fell in love with them for it. as always, RIP Kyle. Cheers.

Totally off the subject but I know you want for them too... "Unleash the Archers" was an EPIC show in AZ last night!!! It was so great to have them as the first post covid show and they were just as excited and stoked to be back on the road as well !!! Everyone played perfect and Brittany hit every note!!! They're one of the best bands out there and so humble....BTW you're awesome too Tank!!

Grant was running all over the place and Brittany didn't skip a single note all night! Your interview with him was awesome and they played "The wind that shapes the land".....truly an amazing and underrated band. I hope you get to hang out with them in your town if and when they play there:)

Just saw them live at a festival and am seeing them again next month. They are a great live performance. Dave sounds great. And Andy is awesome man lol he is like the second frontman/hypeman. Lot of energy at their shows.

I was thinking that when you get your new IEM's in, would be cool to give an explanation for someone like me who has never used them, why you chose them and the sound quality and pros/cons over a good set of headphones (Bose, Sennhieser, etc). And does the improvement in sound justify the price? I looked at JH's website and they aren't cheap, but I get that they are custom fit, and custom isn't cheap.
I've never listened to We Came As Romans before and I enjoyed but thought that the first single, Darkbloom, was a little boring and generic for me. Good but not great. This song was incredible and makes me excited to see what else they come out with and check out their old stuff.

@@phillipjrgensen1024 yes sir I did. Sometimes he leans a bit toward metal/screamo, and that's fine. It's just not where my preferences lie.
To some people, screamo = metal. And that's fine, and I always get what people mean. Some people don't know specific sub-genres of the other genres that people get into. To some people hip hop and rap is the same thing, but to others that listen to the genre, it's completely different.
And yeah, it's great to discover gems on this channel like this one. And you're right down the road from me!

And I get that screamo and metal are not the same, to me the difference is when the metal is no longer legible. I am probably mislabeled it, but thats how I separate it. Keep up the good work brother.

You should check out my fav and most underrated album by these guys "understanding what we've grown to be"..particularly a war inside. They used to do alot more instrumentally. Not that this stuff isn't good too but if you aren't familiar with their beginnings, their entire back catalog except a couple clunky releases with bad producers mid career is gold. RIP Kyle!

Inferi - Mesmeric Horror. Technical melodeath from here in the states. It's an animated video but has bits of them playing also for the gear talk.
You should check out Enterprise Earth Where Dreams are Broken. The video has a ton of gear and the song is a absolute banger.

We all know the album is coming these two singles sound sonically too close to not be part of an album or EP. Love this band one of the few 2010s era warped tour bands I still love. To Plant a Seed has gotten me through a lot.
I dont know what this subgenre is called, but if you like these types of bands, please try Dear Mother. New band, every song on the first album is amazing. They are influenced by bands like Architects, but are definitely doing their own thing. They have some unique gear too.
You should check out the guys of Dead like Juliet. My personal goosebump Song is Rebellion, or Tempest. But to Check the vids in the style you do, you have to watch Unwanted!!

theres another band ive heard described as a metalcore linkin park, from ashes to new. you should check them out, too. they released an album about a month ago, and released a video around then too for the song light up the sky.

Commenting on the band itself...WCAR are about to be much more mainstream...still heavy but catering to a much larger crowd especially for festivals like Aftershock, etc....can't fault them for that...they deserve a few extra bucks and fans...
