True timing beats speed, explaining timing combined with movement and feints and why it works is the strategy. Cutting the ring off is definitely part of the movement aspect of that strategy for faster fighters as well tho but you can't just run him over if he's bigger or can knock you out on the way in.
You fight a faster fighter by throwing jabs, having good defense, foot work and being able to recognize their patters so you can time them to the punch
Pulling out a weapon ups the stakes for both in the fight. Once you threaten someone's life there's a good chance yours is also on the line. The first blow in a confrontation often ends the fight because the person getting hit is untrained. It's about self defense and reacting effectively in a fight, block and run if you really want to but at least you were able to react and not get slept. What happens when you don't have a weapon?
@@REinCoat_Records00%, witnessed dozens of fights working a gas station, been in a couple myself, every time one person pulled a weapon The other did the same; skateboard leads to a knife, knife leads to a knife, bat leads to a knife, knife leads to a baton etc. A lot of the time the fight reaction is to mirror.
@@fiddymen Many times yes I agree, however if I pull out a 12inch machete I doubt the other guy is gonna try his luck with a skateboard or his little switchblade😂, but why would I even have that on me all the time anyways? I'd get prosecuted if I did. Most of the time I'm unarmed, so having any well developed combat skill is useful in such a case, or atleast for your reaction time and fitness level when getting away.
we gamers call it prefire

This isn’t how you fight a fast fighter. This is simply learning how to cut off.
Cutting the ring off is how you fight a fast fighters
Same thing. Lol
That’s how you fight a fast fighter, would you rather have him say just counter with good timing instead of giving you a real strategy?

Why i think that was kai for a minute
Why's he vibrating 😂
Why are you wearing dress pants though🤨
Just use weapons if it's a street fight.
That's the problem with fighting and why running is actually the better option.
