Hi Peggy, I see you use Kikoman soy sauce. May I suggest trying Tamari, it’s in the same area as soy sauce. It’s wonderful, not as salty. I love it !! Give it a try 😉
They say they are already clean, but, it is left up to the individual person, to wash them over or not, I have seen many on CZcams, just open the bag and put them in the pot.
