1 tsp better than bouillon
1 tsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

1/2 -1 cup raisins depends on how much you like
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced bell peppers
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 cup shredded carrots
Chopped scallions
Chopped celery
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper

I don't think I like cranberry rice that much but I would basically do it the same way. Probably leave the rice white to bring out the color in the cranberries.

A great side dish for any occasion, I put tomato maggi cubes in my rice it had a great colour.
Yes that's great too I didn't have any so I used the tomato paste.

This looks like fried rice....Raisin and carrot rice is a one pot dish...you can also add chicken...cooked the chicken halfway...with the onions and seasoning....add rice cooked halfway layer the Raisins and carrot...covered and leave on slow heat for about 10 minutes...

This is 2 cups of rice. If making for alot of ppl you need to double or triple the amount.
