I am a Catholic Christian and I have studied my faith well especially its origin and history. There is no other religion on earth that is so heavenly inspired except Catholicism. God's revelation has been poured out to this religion, His holy church. The manifestations, spiritual treasures, magisterium, scripture, traditions, etc that were instilled in this religion were clearly divinely. I'm so proud to be a Catholic Christian, the true followers of Jesus Christ, the Messiah, the Son of God! Do you know the context of John 14:28? In context, Jesus is saying to his disciples, who are in sorrow because he is leavinng, that he will return to the Father who is in heaven and enthroned in glory while he, the Son, is incarnate on Earth, where his glory is veiled. This does not deny the divinity of Christ. But beyond that, do you believe that Jesus said those words? Surah 19:88-93 says that Allah is a father to no one, and that the highest relationship anyone can have to Allah is a servant-to-master relationship.

Here is my debate on that subject..Unless you have personally experianced a posessed person, id love to hear yout argument. All religions acknowledge a god and a devil. God proofs are similar in all religions. Its mostly theists vs atheists when it comes to god. But what about devil. So in theory the devil would try to hide the true path from the people as hard as he can. The religion which is most bashed on media and hated by most is Islam. Proof devil doesn't want you even coming close to the truth. May Allah the merciful guide you to the truth.

reply to 2. let me quickly clarify, i am nowhere near as educated on religion as zakir naik and so please correct me if anything i say is incorrect, but this seems to be an ambiguous statement that can be taken many ways. when i first read it i instantly assumed jesus was saying he was the only person who could inform others of what god says, thus being a messenger.

All what you say is true but the truth is that Jesus is God.the body of Jesus was created just like any of us.only the body of Christ was human ,he was given some names son of God,son of man,son of Adam and etc.Jesus had the spirit of God or the spirit of God dwelt in him just like God dwelt in the terbanacle tent during the time of moses.so the spirit of God was with Jesus that's explain all the miracles performed. If Jesus isnt God the Bible is meaningless but if Jesus is God, muslims are in a terrible situation.
But as a Catholic I would say that the only thing that really matters is to love God with all your heart and to love each other as yourself.
You have to be careful to say that one religion is the true path to heaven, becuase the is a thin line you might cross which is pride and pride separates you from God.
That could be the reason why there are a variety of religions in the world, to test your heard .

@@Bigchungus715 Tough topic to explain since english is not my language but here we go. First things first: hell is a self condemnation based on free will. The judge is love and he will mercifully forgive you if you repent but hell is mortal sin and there are few requirements for a mortal sin: free will to do or not do that, know that your action is wrong and be a grave sin. Do you understand that hell is a choice and god is a merciful judge that will only condemn if you know that is wrong, choose to do that and it's a bad thing?
By the way there is a ordinary and extraordinary way to go to heaven. The ordinary is using the sacraments of confession and eucharistic. Your sins will be repent through confession and your soul will be cleansed. You have to repent, know that the sin is wrong etc. There is a mist through extraordinary (not using sacraments) but we know few things: there is only sin if it's a grave action (there is a list btw. Catholics are very good in saying what you can and can't do) and you are willing to do that.
So: atheism. I'll give few examples. Imagine persons A, B and C. A became a atheist because his mom died of cancer and don't believe in god but he tries his best do be the best person he can be. He does not know that are arguments for god and works a lot. No time for learning but he is a good person and repent his faults. Tries do seek the knowledge of truth. Probably he will go to heaven (or at least purgatory). Now B is a atheist that was a christian that knew the truth but he likes sex with lots and lots of people. He is a atheist not because he had a delusion or think that's the truth but because he loves sin. Love god above all things and he does a mortal sin since he is a born christian (so he know what is wrong) and is willing to do dad. Probably person B will go to hell. Know there is C. He is not a bad or good person. He is at least pretty average. Know something about christ but is a atheist not because arguments but for a feeling. He wants to be a entrepeneur and focus his life to be rich. There is one or two saying the truth and he's pretty convinced but he say "well. I don't know and will know know. You know what? I'll live in my way and not touch that. Imagine being christian and not having sex before marriage lol" Probably C will go to hell but we are not sure. Only god will judge him and his intentions. But if he intentionally wanted to not follow the truth to be a sinner probably he is sending himself to hell.
Well. I am a pretty average catholic (can't quote aquinas or councils to help you and my knowledge is pretty basic and can't express myself well in english) and the best you can do is searching primary source or at least follow good catholics (not the crusader trad ones or a hyper liberal "christ is love" priest thing) and avoid straws like: "Oh god is a tyrant" "God hates gay people and other sinners". Be open minded to the possibility that God sacrified himself to the possibility of your redemption and do your best to follow the truth. Some will say that "hell is full of good intentions" but it's a Karl Marx quote. For god and for your salvation your intentions ARE a primary source of salvation since it's a requirement to know mortal sin

@@spirix6746 Muslim means "A person who submits their will to God" The concept of Islam (Subbmission to God) and believing in the oneness of God existed before the name "Islam" all the messengers preached Islam submitting your will to God before the world Islam existed. I hope that makes sense.
