I think he uses a pitch changer, or is putting on a fake voice. Genuinely pretty funny that he’s so ashamed of his voice that he has to pretend to have a manly voice.

@@RDR911 sounds less like pitch adjustment and more like a mix of EQ, mic proximity, and the frequency response of the mic he uses on his channel
when I say he sounds different, I don't mean in a "he's doing a voice" or "he's faking it" way, but in terms of colouration caused by different setups
