Join me for a gentle yin flow where we'll be stretching our neck, shoulders, and upper back. This practice is perfect if you've been sitting at a desk all day, or if you're experiencing any stiffness or pain in your neck and shoulders.
Feel free to modify any poses as needed so they are comfortable for you. This practice shouldn't cause any pain!

I like the peaceful sound of no sound. Too much music takes our focus and is distracting imo. We are bombarded with sounds 24/7. Quiet....so we can focus and listen to our bodies and inner self and God...the most peaceful sound. Ty for this, ❤ your channel. Neck/shoulder, Hip Opening my favorite everyday.
