AG never disappoints but holy crap this is one of the holy grails of match ups, the 2 -90s Japanese titans, rarely seen on American soil doing battle unless Paul Walker was driving, and shifting 300 times in the longest 1/2 mile in the world.

Single Turbo S55 and big turbo N55 sound amazing
@@motion2597 they perform well but sound-wise they are nowhere near the RB26/2JZ’s of yesteryear. The only 6-pot I’ve seen get close in sound is the supercharged 6 from the Jaguar F-Type.

I might be wrong or right but I’ve owned a 350z hr and a de sedan g35 03 both 6spds both tuned my de sedan and was on uprev with all the arc features unlocked and dynoed and if you are on flame map or pops and crackles map or hold the ral feature too long you don’t get the full potiential of the tune gotta be on performance/race map and vdc off
When I saw the thumbail my eyes got big and my jaw dropped! I had to stream this on my big screen and through my home theater system. If you did not get excited seeing the thumbnail especially knowing this is AutoGlory then you have no soul and are missing out on life. This is one of life's greatest and most legendary head to head battles!

When it comes to supras and gtrs it's always a modification/tuner battle, only difference is that supras can take more load stock wise. Hats down for both cars and to their music😍

Great video, and I am sure that the GT-R has no issues shifting in normal day to day driving, but in a race with adrenaline pumping, shifting with the left just doesn't seem natural to the owner yet. I am sure his shifting will improve and suspect these two cars are more equally matched.
At first I thought the driver in the GTR is no joke , Holding the phone dropping his arm and shifting 😂
Great to see a r33 on the channel but I knew that Supra was gonna beat it
this era was when cars were the best. They were unique and lacked technology in all the right places. So many more factors came into play during a race (driver talent, power curves, traction, etc.) instead of drivers now simply pushing the accelerator pedal and the car sorts everything out. The fact that these are 600whp cars, are considered “slow” today, id watch these every time over boring Tesla races

I like this. Classic JDM battle, and both are modified. I haven’t watched the video before writing this, but regardless of which car wins, this is still a great matchup to have on your channel.
Now we need an upgraded turbo E85 300ZXTT and RX7 to finish the JDM matchups.
