Erik needs to do what Ferguson did with rvp tell them if you don’t pass hojlund the ball you aren’t playing
I can't understand why they haven't been passing to the striker in any case and it's been happening for a long while. Weghorst was made to look a lot worse than he actually was. Hoylund given enough chances might well turn into our Haaland.
I don’t think anything really changed, it was the better players coming back from injuries and improved the overall rates. Compare all the line ups and see.
The attack isn’t fixed, we just got our first team back and found stability the last 4 games having missed them due to injuries all season. It’ll just take a loss against city, Liverpool, arsenal to question where we fell off next 🙄
So premature it is utterly embarrassing.
Calling for Ten Hag to be sacked after his whole team was injured was premature too
@@ktaleb45 From MSM? Yes, I agree. Deserves a season under proper structure before pulling the trigger on any decision.
Ten Hag has just started the project and with Ratcliffe and Ineos taking over the football side of the club, I think we'll be challenging consistently very soon. I'm looking forward to seeing a huge improvement in player acquisition and sensible football decisions.
Basically, don’t play Antony
The reason was only not playing Anthony as he hold the United attack when he play.
Agreed either cuts in and shoots or loses the ball doing dumb skills
@@nathanhodgson6056 Honestly don't know what's happened to him. Look at his Ajax days, super skilled player
@@decidevThe premier league is a lot tougher
Maybe the front 3 have been performing better but it’s more due to having Casemiro back which not a lot of people want to admit and people want him sold. The guy is the best player at the club.
Luke Shaw and Martinez are equally as key to us as Casemiro. People don’t seem to understand that if you take 3 top quality players out of the starting line up the consistency and levels will drop.
Kind off but our midfield is still getting bipassed too easily at times, moving garnacho to the right is the main reason imo as it's forced him to be more creative. Definitely useful having a long run of games together as well so they can understand eachother better.
He constantly dives into tackles (and is unsuccessful more often than not these days), leaving huge gaps in the midfield and has a woeful pass completion for a 6, why do you rate him so highly?
@@TomJ_3 just a myth. He gets left exposed hence the diving into tackles. We win more when he is on the pitch. He can do everything. Has all the experience in the world. People don’t forget to play football overnight. Bruno, rashford, Shaw are culpable for a lot more
Also keep in mind that Mainoo offers a lot more together with Casimiro and still has so much potential to grow. Also a stable back line lets Dalot shine a lot more.
Give me the days of 4 4 2 and strikers that score 30 goals a season
I have been saying it , this is our style , we don’t have to be like city or Liverpool.
Uniteds top 4 run is contingent on Rashford finding a rich vein of form and a secure rest defense during transitions. If those two things happen consistently top 4 is achievable
Perhaps Anthony needs to drill to play on both the left and right to make him less predictable. He's a young guy. He has time to improve.
When Anthony plays on the right and Rashford left, it makes Utd so predictable and cramps the space for Hojland.
Perhaps Anthony should be tried off the bench CAM
Also Shaw and casemiro are baxk
Garnacho and Højlund doing well but they shouldn't forget to set up Rashford too
Are attacker are still very young loads of potential I think we're still one year away from champions league sadly but in eth we trust
It’s still way too early to even consider United challenging for the top 4. There is still no stable pattern of play and personality from the team, a lot of the players are either too inconsistent or injury prone and should be moved on. There needs to be a stability in every department of the club first.
Did he just call Rashford a hungry winger?
So hungry he's famished. That's why he makes a run, then stops and waits until he's blocked in.
62% conversion rate lol also I haven’t seen much created for hojlund with my own eyes
This video could have been 15 seconds long. The answer is removing Anthony from the equation.
garnacho is so much better on the right its been a lovely watch
"Disparancy" isn't a word ....
Ineos and Jim back ten hag now proper structure if fails then change the manager
Isn't their main problem that they're still insistently playing counter-attacking ball when the game as a whole has moved beyond that?
Woh, I haven’t seen what Rashi has had to do with it tbh
Utd fans and media are a shamelessly sad bunch
I think we will see Villa drop off now, their squad isn’t big enough and they’re picking up injuries meaning the fight for CL is going to be a lot more open than we thought a month or two ago
We've already saw villa dropping off since their draw to Sheffield United at home
I decided to go out with a friend to watch Manchester United vs Aston villa. I’m never making that mistake again. Man U have no style, it’s cross and inshallah and Aston Villa wasted so many chances.
it's not fixed though till Rashford is moved on and the midfueld do more
Manchester united mi back
Garnacho is going to an insane talent. Only haters will say otherwise
He can't beat anyone in a 1v1 situation and scores a goal or gets an adsist once every 5 or 6 games. He's not gonna be what we all hoped he would last season
United fans said the same about januzaj and macheda 😂
@dannyquilter8366 he is 19 years old still trying to figure out his position you probably say manioo is overrated
@BonitaUzABum laughing at your comments clueless person
But he's right, if he's clueless, your deluded. 😂😂😂
We've improved in attack, true. But today against Luton we saw all the same problems which will keep us out of the top four. It boils down to: we can't keep the ball. Fernandes is the main culprit here, but the whole team seems to struggle. Still, Bruno used to give the ball away a lot but create and score a lot too. Now he just does the former. He's blowing unbelievable positions time after time. Don't know how he's keeping out Eriksen. Must be about work rate and defence. Rashford is pretty bad too. Way, way too many blown positions, as he dribbles into defenders because he can't play the pass that's on. But generally, we've got to be able to keep the ball in midfield. Give the ball away this much against decent teams, and we're looking at hammerings. We've had a 4:50 load of lucky escapes this season.
Bruno is the top chance creator in the league this season once again.
When did we fix our attack? Last time I checked we still had goal difference of zero.
Won ONE away game in the last 5 years against the top 10! 😂 Fixed the attack? Ok if u say so. Great attack for Conference League.
If Martinez was fit for the next 14 games I'd say absolutely, but as it stands I think not.
Is this the voice of the football made simple guy?!
I think it’s Dave the stats guy
This should be about Arsenal
swap mount for rashford and im happy
"lets make this biased as possible"
do not show this to the "no style of play" gremlins, they might spontaneously combust!
Simply put... no.
whoever did this video spelt 'received' wrong. 'I' before 'E' unless after 'C'.
This is modern media and their delusonal analysis. United win 4 games and all of a sudden we 'fixed' our attack. 0 goal difference, humialted by bournemouth at home, lucky win vs Villa and 3-0 vs WHU flatttered us. Lets see how our fixed attack fares against City in few weeks
13 goals in 4 games would suggest United are doing something right going forward. Hopefully we can fix our midfield and defence next 😂
You must be fun at parties
Why so negative? I’ve been a fan for 30 years and I’m enjoying seeing Erik develop some young players this season where we’ve been missing our key players for 90% of the season. He’s been at the club one season and had more to deal with in that time both on and off the pitch than you can really comprehend. Give Erik 3 season to really overhaul the squad and he’ll bring us a lot of success.
youre missing one fundamental fact.... Casemiro, Martinez (injured again now) , Shaw and a host of other players were injury during alot of those losses. United have more security in midfield which has given them stability in recent games. But I agree still need improving be united after better than they were before xmas.
I don't think they fixed the attack. we are just playing with a better squad. I think this shows that Erik Ten Hag was right about injuries. I don't think we will beat City but at least now we have a fighting chance. I also believe top 4 is still a possibility.
Rooney is good stuff
All very interesting but basically it’s dropping the show pony Anthony and play Garnacho instead…simple.
It’s because Antony aka Joga finito aka 21 Sewage, has been benched
ffs Jayy
Back to Ole ball in otherwords
Nah…. its like… more dynamic and stuff.
(Yeah basically ole ball)
You played better under Ole tbf
Now you went too far.@@Maple_T29
Mainoo
Fixed my arse 🤣🤣
Mentality needs fixing play well at start then start shooting rashy garnacho Bruno shoot too much once score happened v newport and again v Luton soon as score bad habits come back.
This is the problem with rashford, hes too incosistent. He plays like prime ronaldo for 4 months and then switches to playing like morata. Hes not a bad player, he needs to be consistent. And also, the obvious is that antony needs to be sold. when martinez comes back we can salvage the rest of our season and hopefully get far in the fa cup
Inconsistency is what makes him a sheet player and should be sold. Even when he scores he plays very poorly. When is the last good game he played? 2 years ago, that Chelsea free kick before he got injured
Not easy to be consistent in a consistently inconsistent team (unless your bruno of course)
He literally explains why Rashford has improved, that there's been tactical changes, and you still think the reason he wasn't scoring was his fault? You people are ill
@@MrAadi555 Which improvement? you people are ill if you think Rashy has improved
Nobody mentioned grandma Shirley sending a batch of tata ash to carrington with some homemade pickled red cabbage from asda
You cant beat a good tater hash eh Shirley!
Man u been lucky luck will run out city coming up
Rashford is still sheet, he does not pass it
Luton 2-1
Saying that Rashford is the best in the league because he has the most take ons that lead to a shot is a good thing when it is his main problem. He is too greedy and often shoots when he should pass. Over plays situations all the time when if he lifted his head up and passed Rasmus wouldn't have had 0 goals in 14..
Rashford looks unhappy and disinterested, hopefully he can start enjoying his football again or he may have to go. Rasmus won't keep scoring if he's not being helped. Most of his goals aren't assisted they are his own doing, from rebounds or deflections, not something he can rely on.
Agreed.
Spot on.
This team has the same amount of goals this season as Luton Town, 33. 😂
And where are we in the league we can play bad and still finish top 4 lmao
And you can say anything your a Newcastle fan we just took your top man 😂
@@user-ps3pq2kp7mwhat happened to shame? Celebrating being outside the top 4? Are you not embarrassed?😂 can’t beat a team like Newcastle in the pitch so you’re having a trophy parade for taking a board member instead😂 SJR is having your fans pants down and I can’t believe you all can’t see it…..thickest fans in world sport…..
@@Maple_T29Your club employs Jesus
@@bickdig Jesus would be your best attacker😂😂 and Jesus probably doesn’t even get back into the Arsenal team when he’s fit. Another 5-0 after a 6-0 win, can you even remember the last time United won a game by 5 or 6? Show some respect
They haven't fixed anything 😂 , their goal difference is still zero 😂😂😂😂😂😂 #COYG
Three of the last 4 oppositions were Newport, Wolves and West Ham.
you talk about united having easy games. 2-3 months ago they used to lose those games.
@@FastCheetah-oq6kj yeah but still early to be called a turnaround.
Disrespectful to Wolves; they are having a decent season and beat Man City at Molineux
You're speaking as if wolves and west ham aren't having an amazing season
@@victorokeke3395 west ham got slammed 6-0 in the London derby
I respect the work but talking about the attack being fixed is laughable
It's not tho if you watch the games u see they are working more together and they are very young apart from Rashford so to say it's not fixed is bs u will see tomorrow they will score more
The attack will be even better when mason comes back next year and we get another forward. Back to old school 4-4-2 👊😂
MU will be lucky to win any more games, period,
Bro really hates United 😂😂
They haven't fixed anything 😂 they've been their usual lucky selves. Shouldn't have got three points last week, shouldn't have got 3 points at wolves. Rashford is done with utd. Garnacho has a personality problem and his talent will rot in utd over next 5 years. Casemiro is done, that project was never going to work. Lucky to have mctominay even though utd tried to shift him in summer.
Lucky vs wolves yes west ham n villa no
@@MrArnie82Even wolves wasnt lucky, we had a 2-0 lead first half then 3-1 lead in second half to let it go to 3-3 before Mainoo's amazing goal. Defensively we just fell asleep lol
Mate if your despise for united won't let you see that we're doing well in terms of attack then I suggest you don't comment
Rashford is not good
Fixed? You’re brave on the back of a few wins. They are still playing poor football and were lucky at Villa. ‘Fixed’ takes a few more convincing wins yet.
Yeah, Hojlund’s recent 62.5% shot conversion shows he isn’t really getting more chances, he’s just been clinical/lucky.
Yet another Man Utd one ffs
