i like these "choose a pill" posts i see, so i made a video about it. maybe they aren't the most balanced, but i tried my best. the transformation arms was very popular, and i think it's cool too. the health pill might be the best though the more you think about it. if it were up to me i would choose that one.

Assuming you are only allowed to take one pill once, there is still a way to take every pill. First take the plus two pill, add two to the number of pills you can take, take whichever one of the remaining pills you want along with another plus two pill, and since you can now take two more pills, you can technically take all four pills.

but the side effect _is_ experiencing no side effects. if it's like you say and it doesn’t work when you take it because of the fact it cancels side effects, then it actually did work because it's doing what it's supposed to do. if it actually didn’t work then it wouldn’t do anything. it can't both work and not work at the same time. that's a paradox. that's also not even what it really does in the first place. what would actually happen is it would first give you the power of perfect health, and then, _afterwards_ it would protect you from negative side effects

The add 2 pill is OP , just add to the the number of pills you have until you're satisfied and then you can add 2 to the number of superpowers you have.
This reminds me of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure in the sense that Araki is super creative when it comes to using stand powers. It’s always fun seeing new abilities and how people characters up with interesting ways to use them!

I take the +2 pill, and immediately add 2 to the number I can add to things. Then I add +4 to the number of the pills I'm allowed to take. I take the arms pill, the perfect health but die at 70 pill, and then two more +2 pills, since they're the only ones that it would make sense for them to be additive. Grow eight arms of anythingness, add eight digits to my IQ and to my lifespan, become a weird 12-limbed superhero.
Dont forget to add years to the perfect health pill if you enjoy living over the age of 70

If we could combine them, I would do the arms and the running because if you have the arms you can turn your arms into legs that will make you run faster
If you took the arm pill you could change your fingers into the other pills that you want and just eat them, then change your arm back to a normal arm to get your fingers back.
The 2 one is by far the best because you could just ad 2 to your lifespan infinitely

But for those who preferred the other options you could just add 2 to the amount of those pills you have so you could have 2 of the money pills so you make twice the amount of money (if that how it works)

So adding two superpowers works but you can't word it in a way that let's you choose those super powers. You are adding two after all. Just think about it. How do you add super strength and flight by adding two to the number of superpowers you have?

After just discovering I've had lupus for the last 13 years, I'm definitely going for health. Nothing else matters without health because you're not going to enjoy it... Tho learning to find some meaning to sustain oneself through the pain and some lessons in it has been a kind of superpower. You really don't have the energy to get phased by the petty dramas that other people torment themselves with

The problem with the +2 is it sounds like it’s only a one time use. That being said it can be easily subverted by adding +2 to the number of uses you get out of the pill then use one of those +2s to do the same thing again and the other to make infinite of anything including adding +2 to the number added to things by the pill to make it easier to scale it to destroy worlds.

Conceptual powers are the strongest powers. Adding 2 to something just has insane applications, being able to multiply anything, tangible or not, out of nothing.
Adding two to anything is overpowered since you can add two to stuff you have zero of.

The 100 for a mile pill is literally so great. Sure transformable arms would be amazing too, but with the 100$/mile pill you would never have to work a day in your life, and you would get in great shape. Maybe you couldn't do the mile at the start, but over time you would get very good at it and have a couple hundred bucks every morning before most even got to work.
Just +2 to the number of million dollar piles of money you have. +2 to the number of personal trainers you have. +2 to the number of miles you run every day
Just run for work, you can do that and get multiple hundred bucks a day, which is great pay!
