  • Amos Tversky redefines “Just Do It.” From the Undoing Project: “Amos thought people paid an enormous price to avoid mild embarrassment … and he himself decided very early on it was not worth it.”
Daniel Kahneman and Amos Tversky's friendship changed how people think about about how people think. These two brilliant friends developed a body of work that earned Kahneman a Nobel Prize largely by talking to each other (Tversky passed before the prize was awarded).
Michael Lewis tells the story of this friendship in his book titled The Undoing Project: A Friendship That Changed Our Minds. Like all of his work, it is filled with fascinating stories. One of my favorite anecdotes describes how Tversky approached getting anything done. I hope you find it motivating.

Just finished thinking fast and slow! He and Kahneman give us so much valuable advice! Thanks for this!
