I love the fact that whoever was unleashed has no idea where they are and what time it is, but they see the spiky bastards and are all immediately like "cowabunga it is"
Their thoughts stop when they get Stasis'd by Trazyn, and the only ones that don't are those he wanted to keep thinking or time sensitive creatures so to them, they were in a fight the next moment, then they're in a fight in another.
It also helps that Trazyn infects them with Mind Shackle Scarabs that make them think Necrons are their allies.

The custodian and dreadnought literally fighting back to back was one of my favorite parts of the fall of Cadia book. Especially when the custodian backfliped off the dreadnought

Trayzyn is the coolest character they have ever introduced to Warhammer and he’s not even a bad guy, he’s just a collecter
he even makes sure most subjects are just in stasis and unaware. A fate amongst the best in the setting tbh
@@evanpark8434 there are few who are aware, but those are few and far between. I think it was a group of space Marines facing a group of Orks. Both groups are aware of each other, but are unable to do anything but stand there watching each other.

Trazyn has one tactic, its always pulling something out of a tesseract labyrinth.
Trazyn was being lazy as hell, if he had engaged Abaddon personally, Abaddon would be missing more than his arms.
No Abbadon would have gone missing
Abaddon would have ripped Trazyn in half. It wouldn’t have killed Trazyn. But Trazyn has zero hope of winning that duel.
Even rejecting most of their gifts Abadon was buffed by the C.G. enought thar he faced _Valdor_ during the siege and survived.
In The Infinite is stated that Trazyn is canonically a weak nerd (in melee) by necron standards.

Abbandon is not played his role in history. Likely the same reason, Trazyn didn't took big E either while big E definitely should be high in Trazyn list.

1)tell this story to any imperial theologist and they'd call Trazyn "Emperor's hand". Given how influential Emperor is in warp and especially in Astronomicon range, that may be partially true. We don't know how many rolls Trazyn was supposed to fail that day after all.
2)if Abaddon said that, that means even he sees current state of Imperium and of his own forces as bleak mistake, a joke of the gods. I can expect that from Archaon, but I don't think that sentiment suits Abaddon.
The only reason a Custodes should fall so easily is because he would have no clue just how powerful Drach'Nyen is.

Trazyn is Rick Sanchez if he'd chosen Curator over scientist. But we've seen how little he cares about historical sites so not quite. The start of the infinite and the divine is literally trazyn robbing a tomb, delighting in every contraption, stray scrawl and trap, wanting desperately to solve it all the right way before running out of time and literally just pulling Rick in the heist episode.

Also if anyone wondering to what happened to the Custodes
The Custodes deployed by Trazyn the Infinite during the fall of Cadia were tasked with securing an important relic from the Imperial palace of the planet. They succeeded in their mission and were able to safely extract the artifact from the chaos-infested planet. They were able to hold their own against the overwhelming odds and defeated the Chaos forces to ensure a successful mission. The Custodes returned the relic to Trazyn the Infinite, fulfilling their oath and returning to their duty as the elite bodyguard of the Emperor of Mankind.
Imagine, Trazyn bring all his master balls and release his ultimate pokemons and a legendary pokemon against the traitor legions
Imagine if he tossed a krork into the mix
So Trazyn can either wipe memories (very likely), or can catch things so swiftly that they aren’t aware they’re being captured. Either is pretty foreboding.
If you are just a regular soace marine, necer try to fight the main boss as long as there are minions. Focus on cleaning up his forces, ultil somevody stronger can take the big guy, or its the only one left and you are left with no choice.
Custodes + dreadnought, with support from uncountable guardsmen, might have had a chance against abbadon.
