I will say that since Pat and Lyle transposed their material songbook to date at then the late 90’s, wonderful things like this began to sprout up all over the world !
I hear Pat Matheny since 40 years and can say this arrangement is phantastic.
This makes me wish I had moved to Poland back in the day. Where can you be part of gigs like this in the rich West? Whole new level of serious.

Where is this?
The rawness of the original sung section feels sanitized here. It's just not possible for an improvement on the original - it's too complex to rework it into something as powerful. This is interesting but what I found in the first recording was jaw dropping.
