✍🏻INGREDIENTS
* Sugar Powder(पिसी चीनी) - 1.5 kg
* Gram Flour(बेसन) - 250 Gram
* Semolina(सूजी) - 500 Gram
* Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1/4 Serving Spoon
* Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा) - 1/4 Serving Spoon
* Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - 1 Serving Spoon
* Ghee(घी) - 1.25 Kg
* White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 1.5 Kg
✍🏻RECIPE:
take a big haandi, put Powdered Sugar, Ghee and whisk it well Keep the strainer on the bowl, put White Flour/Maida, Gram Flour, and Semolina, and sieve them. Then put Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Cardamom Powder and bind the dough using light hands. Take some part of the dough, roll it & cut it into pieces. Then press them & give them shape. Make it All Nankhatai as shown in the video.in this way, all Nankhatai is ready to Serve & Enjoy the Super Soft Naan Khatai at Home.
