They should have capitalized on it way earlier. Would have lessened the amount of unofficial channels re uploading all the matches.
This is all we've ever wanted. Also in the pools videos they actually time stamp all of the matches. They finally have some people on their team who understands the culture

Craziest thing is that Jin is book's main. But Book didn't even play Jin until the grand finals. He played an Akuma which nobody knew he had, even beating Super Akouma with his own signature character. Then he also played Lidia. He pulled Jin out for Grand Finals and made it amazing
That's actually not a bad strategy at all if that was his intention. Keeping your best character until you absolutely need it. If that's what was intended that's great because he was a frame or two away from running it all back. Then again he should have picked Jin in the winners final in that case.

This set was INSANE to watch. Loved every second of it.
I loved how nervous they were, it felt so much more real. Book literally had so many reads that objectively were correct against his opponent, but then dropped the parries because of his indecisiveness, and likewise, Anakin baited so many whiffs and then didn't let down forward 2 rock because he was scared. This is probably my favourite Grand Finals in all of Tekken 7's lifespan.

One of the greatest sets I've seen, it was INSANE
If you look objectively at this Grand Final you will realize how unfortunate Book was to drop the combo that would give him the victory being 2-1 rounds in the end. I think fate wanted Anakin to win this tournament, choosing Lidia when Book had a lot of knowledge about how to face Jack with his Jin was a big mistake. The questionable performance of Rangchu, Gen but especially of Pinya who did not even enter the best 8 of this tournament. Anakin saw his consistency in tournaments rewarded and Book had his redemption after infamously winning the LeroyEVO.

I felt HORRIBLE for book i can only imagine how it felt for him😢 Book deserve the W after that comeback and kinda choke job from anakin, book with jin was better but anakin is just so much superior under high pressure, way too close. With that being said congrats anakin, gen lost to others.. knee, chikurin and arslan isnt there so the fate aligned almost like a destiny and you didnt ruined it. GG you are a great great player.

The first round of the first match was like anakin saying to book"you really gonna pick akuma"
These 2 are definitely becoming great rivals. They matched up with each other in CEO 2021 losers final, Book lost to Anakin on that one, so this grand final is some kind of revenge match.

I love when the commentators are having a good time watching and giving the play-by-play. But, it's annoying when they are so obviously biased for the American player (and, I'm an American who doesn't play tekken but likes watching it).
Why annoying? Every country cheers for the hometown player.
@@konabrogaming because commentating should be even (not exactly 50-50, but also not saying things like "oh no! Why didn't he do X?"). Basically, you can be a fan of anybody but as a commentator you're supposed to reel that in a bit. The competitors can hear all this too

It's probably not even called one. They call it one because the narrator in tekken says "One" every time that move is done
Because jack can charge that move up. I forget how high but in game it counts up from one,two,three, etc.

Book come from the lose side, so book have to beat anakin 1 time sending anakin to loser side. And theb have to win again to win the final
Grand final are loser side vs winner side. Loser side have to win twice. Winner side only need to win once.
That logic isn't really sound, especially since Anakin was the reason he was in losers in the first place.
