Never in the history of tekken did anyone witness such a heart pounding match. I am totally speechless. After losing the first two games knee came back superbly. The flawless low parrys, excellent sidesteps, unbreechable defense done by knee were a visual treat. Anakin had the crowd in his favour though. And he was on the verge of winning even before the reset. But as tables turned the crowd was thunderstruck. They just stood there unable to move a single muscle. I admit it, all these years I haven't been appreciating knee enough. Now after seeing him perform like this I must say he is the tekken God. Definitely.

Not just this match, but the whole tournament. His run from the lower bracket was a grind and faced so many set points. If you haven't seen it, the series with rickstah, and rangchu were just as good if not better.

@@tor13128 The stream was hilarious. When they started playing Aris said that Anakin had already won, that it would be easy and that nobody needed to worry. He said jokingly, of course. And everyone in the chat started talking non-stop "JINXED" while he laughed and mocked with the chat. After KNEE got the reset the chat was already flooding insults and repeating "JINXED" all the time. Aris started to regret and ask how he reversed the "JINXED", it was very funny. After the KNEE won several were insulting him but in the end everything was in peace. It was hilarious.

2 match of the year contenders knee vs rangchu and knee vs anakin, it almost makes the fact that knee getting beat initially and making a miraculous comeback look scripted, matches are always exciting and edge of the seat thrillers when it involves knee, one of the prominent reasons being that you never know what character he's gonna choose.

People from the usa started downplaying our own players because of various reasons, and it became popular to assume that an American stood no chance against a Korean. Paul, shaheen, asuka, hwoarang, law, and I think lee and that's without looking at the frame data off the top of my head. Generic safe mid launching df2s also don't launch crouching opponents so they are only used for punishes and counter hits. The exception being leo who's df2 can't launch crouchers and is punishable.
