It makes me so sad to see that konta literally beat all of the good players but never won a slam despite making 3 slam semis and QF at us open 😭
Konta maximized her potential. Her game was always too flawed and jerky and she came out of nowhere and peaked for a year or two. Far better players than Konta never won a Slam. I never saw her as a Slam champion, she was always going to be a Chakvetadze/ Petkovic type.
To be fair, all of the players Halep lost to were all in the top 10 in their respective careers.

The shrieks and screams of Sabalenka should be called hindrance with every shot. How can that be allowed? In all honesty? It’s hindrance she is screaming when the other person is hitting the shot.
If I was playing against her I would complain and get the supervisor.
It’s clearly in the rules…. Novak got called hindrance against Alacaraz in the 2023 Wimbledon final after he screamed at a crucial point like Sabalenka.
That’s absolutely a Desaster. She is clearly using it to her advantage. A lot of other players do the same. Kind of annoying and unnecessary
