This part focuses on the first trial of the Turnabout Sisters case! With April, Bellboy, and Valerie Hawthorne all being witnesses here! I wonder what things could change... Maybe Phoenix is more competent this time around? Perhaps it could lead to disaster? Who knows?

I love how Phoenix deathstared the judge into submission to courtroom protocol. That's something Mia would do. He's a fast learner

Also personally, I found the Judge actually competent in AA1 and AA:AJ. I think a more gorunded tone means the judge is more sensible.

Honestly, I wonder what it’d be like if Phoenix had a good amount of courtroom experience like this before facing off against Edgeworth.
I hope you change the part with Redd White trying to pin Phoenix as the culprit, it would have been simpler for White to just name Phoenix as an accomplice to Maya rather than trying to shift the accusations and causing a ton of contractions and confusions from what his secretary April May said, arresting Phoenix Wright in the second half of the case with absolutely zero evidence is probably one of the most unlawful arrests in the series. The legality of the matter is never questioned and no one is ever punished for it, even after White is arrested for the crime. Not to mention... what happens to Maya? Is she officially declared “innocent” because of this? That was never explained.
Edgeworth doesn't even try to explain why April May would lie about Maya killing Mia if Phoenix was the one who did it... probably to hide the level of bullshitting that would require.

Damn, even the Judge is feeling competent today. I had a feeling Phoenix would be a lot more raw in this as soon as I saw him deadstare the judge into courtroom protocol like Mia did in T&T, but I didn't expect the judge *himself* to be more no-nonsense than usual as well. This was a really entertaining watch. XD

It's so nice seeing Phoenix use common sense. I bet he makes the smart decision to make a copy of the list of people White has blackmailed this time instead of just stupidly giving it to him like in the original timeline.

the amount of plot changes in this au make me expect more interesting changes down the line for example mia getting disbarred with the result having her becoming a spirit medium again, athena cykes apearing as a child, or even egdeworth getting shot by yani yogi
though i never realized how often the word murder is used in this series until i saw it being misused in this video

Maybe the change is something like: Diego armando beat redd white up after a previous assassination attempt towards mia and therefore redd got permanent damage or smthn which made him unable to kill mia properly

And the meta references were good in this one, although i do pefer Gumshoe over Valerie but i understand her giving screentime would be cool.

Well, the multiverse is a thing, so both grossberg and Phoenix smart took this case at a similar time
One thing that i noticed (after playing so many ace attorney games) was the fact that phoenix could have pointed out a flaw in Valarie's statement and it was driving me insane 😂😂😂 i mean She was saying that Mia had wrote the assailants name in her own blood, but yet said that the was covering for her family, if thats the case why would she write her own sister's name if she was going to cover for her?
Its the only thing that drove me nuts watching it lol, but other than that I loved this one, already ready for pt 3

With the Judge being competed/unbiased (love this!) in this AU, very disappointing he never gave Edgeworth any penalties for his actions in this part of the trial

Ok so turnabout 3-4 didn’t happen ,so that would mean tarry fawls didn’t die during the case in front of miles and Mia . the way wright talks about dalia she is ether dead or gone so we can assume that 3-1 happened causeing dalia to die by execution and mia didn’t bring up godot (I can’t remember how to spell his real name)
So he still is most likely in the coma so there for Mia not seeing fawls death caused her cranium to be thicker or something
