I love how much you do with your audience even with how popular you are
He’s got about a mil I’d say though
This is the 3rd time Peters judged my art, I really feel like him and my art are getting to know each other.
Double Trouble - I love Calvin & Hobbes. Which one was yours?
Hey me too, mines at 56:00 what about yours
Double Trouble - none were mine, for I seldom art. Your offensive rooster 😆must’ve taken a while. Good job 👍
🤓 nifty

“It’s safe to say it’s downright interesting” Thank you Peter 😊 You understood it perfectly.
Anyone else get super inspired to do some more watercolour pieces while watching this?
(also, thanks for the lovely compliments Peter! It was indeed a beta fish -JenKnee)
Got inspired to fall asleep 👍
Very nicely done
I m kinda bad with watercolour ngl
@@andreidermengiu2967 it's the most unforgiving art medium dont feel bad
kanye loved that picture
Feel like Peter would be an art teacher that you really want to get on the good side of
1:25:05 Thank you Peter for such a kind review, your reaction made me really happy!
Yeah
Yeah
I very much enjoyed your artwork o:
"Mr. Marbles is struggling a bit"
He always is
I love that someone did Jenna's fur babies!! Soooo cute. ✌🤘💋
I think the highest praise Peter gives is when he says he loves a technique, never saw it but has to try it
20:27 guy breaks 2 of the rules, good guy peter still puts him in the video.
im so happy he reviewed my david bowie drawing, everything he mentioned was intentional 1:28:00
These kinds of videos are brilliant to have as background "noise" while painting - very relaxing, and it helps a lot when you're annoyed at what you are painting.
Great idea!
Peter "I can read and write in 17 different alien languages but cursive is too much for me" Draws
I fell asleep on the floor watching this
I'm honored opening for the pay-to-win category, and thanks for the compliments! Some context about the painting: it's based on Rembrandt's badly damaged Anatomical Lesson of Dr Deyman, which in turn some say is indeed based on the Lamentation of Christ you talked about.
hamfranky
I loved yours! Keep up the good work!
Dangit! I did NOT want to be sleepy but then I watched this video and Peter has ASMRd me again 😩
21:00 I'm so happy to hear your comments on my piece. I love painting skies and seas. There's something hopeful in how the sky and sea cannot touch but reach to each other on the horizon. I just want to stay in that moment that they kiss one another through the reflection of a sunset & sunrise.
Awesome! Very well done!
it's almost 4am and i can barely see straight but i see peter so i open. or continue later. both work
thank you so much for taking the time to review all that stuff, your kind words made my day ^^
Peter is the new Bob Ross! He's so encouraging and kind, And that voice!! So relaxing and pacifying. I always feel calmer after listening to him talk and draw.
Thank you Peter. This will make my saturday night 10× better
Woooah im watching it on Saturday too. What are the odds? Oh yeah i guess its 1 in 7
an hour and 45 minutes of peter talking into a mic... sign me up
lol i totally forgot to watch this! thanks for including mine :) 52:09 it's actually based on a necklace carpetshark which has those funky pupils and long fancy tail
Man, I love you, Peter.
My mom got me a nice set of watercolors/WC pencils and paper like years ago. I think I'll finally break them out and see what I can do! :D Thanks for the inspiration, Peter and Friends!
Peter, I still shoot with a film camera made in the 60's. You can get them developed then scanned onto a flash drive. At that point you can pretty much do what you need with them.
I haven't watched your videos for some months now. And today I suddenly started thinking about you and how great your videos are, how funny you are and how amazing your art is. I really missed it. So now... It's time for me to catch up and spend the rest of this evening just enjoying your lovely videos.
Lots of love and appreciation
At 40:00 the witchy woman and her crow is definitely something I would have in me living room!
your viewrs' arts inspire me
Awwww I love that someone sent you a watercolor picture of JennaMarbles fur babies!! Super adorable. And I love these videos so much. I've been watching your videos for years and I never miss o e of your judges viewers artwork videos. ✌🤘💋
1:02:55 lmao didnt mean to scare you! Glad you like it 💗💗
It's cool, I'll give you that but I also feel like my skin will peel off.
The muscles are AMAZING, it's so good how you just didn't just make lines. REALLY good piece overall
fucker who pings Thank you!
Supa-fresh
Reminds me of the one daft punk video, i cant think of the song tho lol
Bless you Peter, you are literally so calming I had to put my phone down and take a nap
Yay! Love these! Thanks for submitting your art, fellow viewers!
I love you Peter. In all of your videos you make all the right choices. Especially when you improvise! You're a good person, and an inspiration, really. Thank you
"Something redeeming is going on here." That's how I feel about this channel.
36:30 I thought that was a weirdly shaped naked woman and a homeless man in the background crawling on the floor
Thought it was a preying mantis next to some old wilted flower and leafs
WOW. I saw a bundled up lady... holding a baby in her hoodie on the side. I DO see the mantis now, however. 🧕
I saw two underprivileged pop tarts struggling to make it in a big world ruled by toaster strudels
56:03 Peter are you saying, Twitter "came to snuff the rooster?" Let's see if you know that reference.
That was all so neat and fun to watch. I especially loved being able to see your face and genuine joy while reviewing each piece. 😊❤
37:48 So glad I can remove that spot digitally. It bugs me too. Thanks for the critique
@@zephinhmusic6766 Thank you!
19:26 You can call it whatever you want! I love your channel! 😁❤
Erica Joy this so cool!!!
Thank you 😊 The circles are the same, I used metallic watercolor in the circles and the gold is metallic ink. And I did go back with a gelly roll pen for the highlights.
Thanks for making these videos, I love seeing all of the art!
Very inspiring artists on today. Thank you.👍 ❤ Peter and artists👏
things that make youtube worthwhile -> peter
Mr. Marbles is struggling a little bit 😂😂😂 for anyone who knows marbles this is so funny
Deckle edges are a result of the frame of the paper making process, However, you can simulate the deckle edge by creasing and ripping larger sized watercolor paper in just a certain manner and this looks to be the case here.
4:50 not that anyone cares, but the image of a staff with two intertwined snakes and wings is called the caduceus; a staff given to Hermes by Apollo. However the caduceus does not represent medicine and healing, that is the staff of Asclepius, which is a staff with a single snake on it :)
I care and I DID NOT know that! Thank you, that is awesome knowledge!
Michelle Parks thank you! I'm a huge Mythology geek so it's fun to see that stuff come up every once in a while. Glad you enjoyed it!
I hope you take this as a compliment but I use your videos to fall asleep. Its just that your voice has something really relaxing.
I don't mind :)
@@peter_draws Thank you :)
“We have powerful brains. We do”
I think the first painting was inspired by Rembrandt's anatomy lesson of Dr Deijman.
Yes you're right
Thanks for the very long and good video :)
Hope you're having a good day Peter .... This surprise video made mine. I enjoy seeing so many works of art in one spot. Happy people painting.
i love all of them! great for inspiration!
58:00 yknow. I painted that and I dont even know what's going on there 😂 I think maybe my reference confused me (the texture was me overworking the paper and destroying it lmao)
Melissa davis I think it’s really cool
@@laurensjaguar9685 thank you!
Looks great!
The texture actually looks really neat imo, and the over all piece is amazing. Great job!! 💖
I think it’s really cool, and dont worry i overwork stuff too lol
I absolutely love this video and I now I want to play with some water colors.
Yay! I'm gonna watch this before bed!
Ahh thank you for including my art and giving your thoughts, it made my day!!
I love these chill/long vids
You are awesome
1:13:40 am I the only one who feels like this girl is going to sneeze real hard any moment now? No wonder with all those butterflies around...
Love the gentle critique!
Peter, aside from this awesome video, I have to let you know that "Three10" is insanely soothing and enjoyable to listen to! Very grateful for all your inspiring creativity.
1:03:40 - "I guess that is one way to get rid of acne..." LMFAO 🤣
The one with the seagulls and the grey water reminds me of where I live in the Pacific Northwest on a cool fall day.
The power pole one makes me want to cry it's so good
PETER its not a pipple your third eye is trying to open👁
My third eye is my b-hole. Its my turd eye
@@maggs131 this broke me.. 😂😂😂😂
Almost two hours! Cool, I think I'll tackle this in some increments...
“this is kinda old” is one of my favs
Thanks for the kind feedback Peter, mine's at 1:36:25 :)
🤗🦋
Lol i pressed the time stamp and it threw me into an ad. Also I FRICKIN LOVE UR ART!!!!
Hey I loved your piece and I know this video is super old but the only thing I would have added is more dark leaves up close would push the bridge further back and it would have mitigated the problem he was talking about. Cheers !
this is totally asmr and im not mad about it.
So much talent ❤
You inspire me to keep drawing
Love these videos
I was drifting into a beautiful slumber... and then I heard it... "Mr. Marbles and Kermit"... instant wheezing laughter when Kermit's eyewear was complimented. Peter, if you like the drawings of these boys you will only love the actual dogs more. They are Jenna Marbles' dogs, and yes, Marbles is ALWAYS struggling.
How do you know Jenna ?
Or do you just love her dogs
Really enjoyed the variety of styles.
I'm glad i found this guy youtube hides people i'd like from me :).
Peters your awesome. I'm a new sub, love the channel. Thank you
1:05:18 - 1:06:18 peter is an amazing artist, and comedian~
thank you for taking the time to look and talk about my weird mushroom elf/pixie girl :')
Tori Jane - is your hair dyed or are you growing moss on your head in the hopes of growing your very own ear shroom?
lol I used to have green pixie hair but its black now!
Tori Jane - are you sure it’s not just that the moss is in mourning for the death of the tiny, fledgling earshroom and so now is wearing funereal black?
Time stamp?
Shes A Sunshine Msp - 1:01:56
I knew Peter would be King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard kinda freaky.
Me: one of my paintings is going to be featured in a peterdraws video!
Niece:😯 nice!
Me:..well a long with like 100 other people.. But still!😅
Your live streams of using watercolour had learned me that theres more to watercolour than just dainty little flowers. It's a lot of fun. So thank you. Also a lot of great talent here!
GhoulScout Cooki - which was yours?
@@adamwest8711 5:12 weird water creature thing ^_^
@@GhoulScoutCookie Oooh! I really liked that one!
@@BRUXXUS thank you ^_^ do you have one up there?
GhoulScout Cooki - I definitely thought lovecraft too. Looked almost ethereal. I’d quite happily put that up on my wall. 👏
Hi I'm the person who made the burp comment in the last video. I don't know how I should take your reaction. Anyways... what I'm trying to say it, it came from a place of care and love because you mean so much to a lot of your viewers. As opposed to saying it just to make you self-conscious or sth. (My dad for many years have digestive issues that he refused to see a doc for, and ended up having stomach cancer. I noticed that you have been burping regularly and more and more frequently over the past year.) If it did, I'm sorry. But hmm I am a bit hurt by your reaction.
You're right, I apologize if I was too rude. I guess over the years I have become slightly calloused to all the medical diagnoses I get from strangers on the internet, but I should just ignore it and move on if I don't have something nice to say.
Mind if I asked what happened you don’t have to tell me if you don’t wanna I’m just curious
I must be a kindred spirit with the person who made the mustachioed octopus with the top hat, because that is one of my favorite things to doodle. The paint-a-bowl I made in 2014 that I still use to place my keys has a very similar design. Maybe they're friends in the art dimension?
Didnt know peter was a king gizzard fan but tbh peter would be a king gizzard fan :)
Hello Peter. Thanks for having me today.
thank you for judging my art, Peter, it was fun to hear your thoughts on it! thank you for mentioning the way I painted the fur because I tend to always do too much, but here I stopped myself before I ruined it with too many strokes haha. I'm the one who did the 4 dogs at about 26 minutes I think it was. x
26:11 is yours?
@@shesasunshinemsp6805 yes, the four dog portraits
12:59 thank you this makes me happy
I want to see more!
"Mr marbles is struggling a little bit" 😂😂
The flamingo is accurate. Flamingos eat shrimp, taking a huge scoop of water in their beaks and letting the water flow out. Their plumage colouring is from their diet.
This is at least the second time a đeep sęated pimple has made you apprehensive about making a video..... dont know why thats important but yeah :]
Flamingos filter-feed through that weird beak, they eat tiny pink shrimp - which is where they get their color
Burping too much is indeed a sign of some sort of digestive problem, if you aren't drinking things that perhaps cause this naturally
You the best peter! Love these video's and even tho i hate "pay-to-win"..... i appreciate that your being honest so thumbs up.
A man of culture, I see he has steam installed
23:01 boi the one on the left is a crested gecko and the one the right is a leopard gecko. I own some geckos my self. I do recommend getting some, they are low maintenance but have a lot of personality! ♥️
Hope all is well man, it’s been a minute. Breaks are good though! Just miss sippin some coffee in the morning while watching you draw brother😂
love you!
32:40 that kind of reminds me of my house my grandparents used to live in in new york.
The first painting seems to be inspired by the "Cristo Morto" by italian painter Andrea Mantegna :)
It was Rembrandt's anatomy lesson by Dr Deijman if you want to take another look: inspired by Mantgna's dead Christ.
23:15 crested gecko, leopard gecko, and what appears to be a ball python or boa. Not all snakes.
Peter, every time you talk it feels like you're holding in your breath and trying not to be human. Please continue
Back when I was in art school (I did 2 years, lol) we would put a long metal ruler down, then put our knee on the ruler to stabilize it. Then we would tear the paper along the ruler and it would give the paper a deckled/rough edge.
Same..
The medical symbol with the 2 intertwined snakes is called the staff of caduceus. I’m a nurse. You pick up these random facts along the way!
