40 YEAR OLD starts a YouTube Channel

Thanks for stopping by! I've wanted to start a CZcams channel for several years now, and was too nervous to start until now. I often wonder if it is too late or if I am too old for this, but I want to share my journey as a crazy busy working mom and help others incorporate healthy habits into their daily routine.
