Me and my husband take care of our daughter solely. Hiring nannies did not work and no family members were ready to help. I took a career break having a temporary set back at my software engineer career for two years and later joined back. But that's ok. I did what I felt ok for my family at that time. I prefer cooking food, and helping daughter in her studies on my own and yes husband shares the load. I prefered a small house to keep things manageable and foremost, I understood keeping go on mode is more important than being perfect. Thanks for the video. It helps to stay motivated Chavi ji

Yes you are right. It is just about every woman identifying what suits her and following the plan. And more importantly understanding that we are moving away from the concept of women being sole take carer of kids and family. So as we are still progressing and not fully progressed we are tend to feel guilty looking at other moms who spend all time with kids etc or else some person around will make us feel that. Very nice video

Telling is easy. Implementation is difficult. We have to find maid/helper for everything like cooking, doing homework for kids, teaching them and depend on helpers. If we dont find good maid or trustworthy it is again a problem. Whatever we earn we will spend almost by paying salaries to all helpers. Instead we can peacefully stay home and look after our kids. In metro cities with heavy traffic we will be 13 hours outside home. Daily routine abd risky work @ office and pay all income to maids and doctor's. Is this life? It is called hell in my perspective.

Instead of dying so much in competitive 🌎 world and getting all sorts of diseases and spending all income for doctors it is better if women works for 5 to 10 years and quit job and take care of own kids. When we die we won't take money, passion anything. It's all about how tension free we live life. Saving money=earning money. This is what i believe. Simple living, low profile and high thinking
