This year as a senior i really took into putting more effort in getting enough sleep and working out as well as just vakancing everything and honestly 7hrs of sleep is worth it. My grades still didn't suffer, its honestly about making a decision and prioritising what's important
as an EE that became a swe i never slept in my life and dont plan on it

But are you fine with that, no health issues? Especially don’t you get tired or like don’t you want to continue sleeping when getting up from bed?…I think I should try this!
