Sir, I have often likened the way you stack your woods, to achieve the desired final pattern, as similar to a master Smith combining metals for Damascus steel. What they achieve by forge, hammer and cutting and re-stacking , you do with lathe and various turning tools.
The colours of the woods, the gorgeous teardrop goblet shape and vibrancy of the finish mark this as one of my favourite of your projects 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼
