It usually happens with coaching institutes but that is not the matter. He has succeeded in his second attempt and this institute would have helped him in some way or the other.. maybe just the books they have or the faculties would be awesome as he mentions.. as a person we should not fall for all of his words but try to get insights about the institution and evaluate ourself and decide.
