Big changes are happening at Hilton hotels across Europe, as they start to limit breakfast options for their loyal Diamond guests. Reports are coming in about the removal of full breakfast experiences, leaving guests with only continental or lounge options.

Hope for the best! Unnecessary cuts of diamond benefits, an exceptional hotel like the Hilton Malta doesn't need to do stuff like this. We will keep the development under further investigation
Fully agree. Particularly, it makes not too much difference for the hotel, as you won't eat less, just by having breakfast in the lounge...

Although this is a pure Hilton channel up to now, we already booked some IHG and Marriott properties throughout Asia, as partly the prices were soooo much lower that the choice was easy. I'm curious myself to see how those brands perform - although our status is lower with them.
Because of the devaluado benefits I’m starting to explore other brands, either through Marriott or Amex Travel. I’m hoping the Middle East will compensate.
Don't tell anyone, but we will stay this weekend in a Moxy by Marriott . It was half the price compared to the Hampton in the same city....
I´ve been thinking of becoming a free agent for a while now. Being a Hilton Diamond member is useless in the US. If the rest of the world is going to follow the US hospitality culture I´m not really sure why anyone would stay loyal to the brand anymore, it is a lot cheaper and often more practical to leave loyalty behind.
Fully agree. We will spend some time in Asia in the second half of the year and already booked some non-Hilton hotels as they were cheaper and had the better offer. Getting some points for double the price is not really attractive, if all the other benefits disappear step by step.
