redness is due to broken capillaries you want to incorporate products that have anti inflammatory benefits and helps renew the skin.. Such as vitamin c, niacinamide, or even retinol just make sure you’re not over doing it because it can cause irritation and cause more redness!
Am grateful to dr_judeosas who have given so much of himself to keep me healthy and safe from Herpes. You are a perfect combination of responsibility and care, Thank you for taking care of your patients so delicately. Your positivity, helpfulness, and dedication to patients really stand out.

@@espinns5842 Thank you for the recommendation. I actually had one Co2 laser 1 year ago and then I started microneedling and Vivace but those treatments haven't worked really well.
Also, if you want a quick fix, laser is of course a solution. But co2 is not the on for PIE. You need different type of laser, such as nd:yag for example.
@@user-wt3lb5ck3o Yes cicaplast spf is my go to. Actually I haven't tried tranexamic acid before and I will consider this option. And thank you so much for the laser reccome dation.🥰

V beam or Exel V. Basically, lasers that target vasculature.
