Cant the bottom guy turn in because there is no under-hook pressure as she is knee slicing to flatten him out. This seems like just a shrimp and you are safe.
Personally my goal is to get them to open up closed guard. I get stuck in a lot of tight closed guards so if they want to open up and shrimp ill stand up and start a guard pass.
