RECIPE for apple pie.
230 ml warm water.
70g sugar.
1/4 teaspoon salt.
2 chicken eggs.
11 g dry yeast.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix everything well.
Sift 570 g flour.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
For the filling:
Chop 2 large peeled apples.
The dough turned out well.
Grease the table with vegetable oil.
Place the dough on the table.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Sprinkle the dough with 100 g sugar.
Place chopped apples on the dough.
Repeat after me.
Fold the dough into a roll like I did.
Divide the dough into 10 parts.
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil.
Place the dough pieces in the mold.
Brush the cake with beaten egg.
Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
After 20 minutes, cover the cake with foil to prevent the top from burning.
The cake is ready! Let the cake cool.
For cream:
2 tablespoons sour cream.
1 teaspoon sugar.
Mix everything well.
Pour cream over the cake.
What a beauty!

Some of these recipes are in German and some are in French with English subtitlles . Important for those in their own countries like Poland and in Switzerland too. One side of Switzerland is German and the other side is French in this country. My friend has been there for a holiday and said the views were lovely and the country was very clean and plenty of bins to put the rubbish in aswell. They went for a week with her husband and 2 children and really enjoyed their stay and the food and tea and coffee over there. The people were so nice and happy to talk in English and the hotel was nice and warming too. They did a wintersun holiday and did some skiiing while they were there aswell. Really enjoyed it too. This was about 10 years ago now . Their children are grown up and making a life of their own now of course. From Valerie in Oban Argyll. Scotland. UK.

Интересный рецепт, необычный. Обязательно попробую, тем более, что такая форма куплена и ждет. Но я, бы, добавила в процесс приготовления-- слоение теста. Делаю это маслом и всегда, когда пеку из дрожжевого теста. Очень улучшает вид и вкус.
