What Is "One Time Framing"?

What is one time framing? It is a sequence of days, or time period, it could be on an hourly, half an hour, 5 minute or 1 minute. Any time period where you’re one time framing up, you don’t get a break of the previous candles low.
Now this suggests everyone is looking for the same thing. What this means is people are buying at worse and worse prices, if you wait for a pullback and don’t get it, you are forced to buy at higher prices. This has an impact on people's positioning. This is more indicative of people with shorter time frame positions. So predominantly done by shorter term traders. Positions are not strong - will take little pull back to exit.
Where is the trade? Continuing to buy/sell and retaining a stop below the last candle.
